Colorauto’s team did excellent work on my car that wouldn’t start in the cold weather.
Castro and his team did awesome work. My car was soon repaired and working great.

This shop is incredible. I’ve taken all three of my vehicles to Colorauto at one point or another and, each time, we’ve had a great experience. The first time was for an emissions issue with my old Dodge Ram. They diagnosed it as a problem with the main engine gasket and gave me three options to get the truck to pass the emissions test: engine replacement, engine overall… OR… new spark plugs, an oil and oil filter change, and the addition of a fuel stabilizer. I picked the third option (the other two would have cost more than the truck is worth), but took care of the spark plugs and fuel stabilizer myself… and the truck passed with flying colors! I’ve since made this servicing a routine on my own that has kept this truck in service for many years now, and over 250,000 miles.
Most recently our Toyota Sienna was throwing a check engine code and we took it in to have them look at it. At the time, the light wasn’t on… and nothing in their diagnostics showed that there was a problem. They handed back the keys and told me that, as far as they could tell, the car had no issues… but that if the light came back on I should bring it back in. I have never taken a car to a shop, for any reason, and had them not perform some sort of work at some cost. This is the first time that a shop told me, in all honesty, that the vehicle required no repairs and didn’t even charge for the time it took to diagnose it.
I have been to about 6 or 7 different repair shops in Castle Rock and the greater Denver area and this is the only one that I trust. They are extremely professional and entirely honest. I highly recommend them!

What a great shop! Castro was recommended to me by a friend who has lived in castle rock for 20 years, so I trust his judgement… I was not disappointed! Everyone there was so kind and friendly. I got a rock stuck in my wheel and he took care of it fast with no charge! I will definitely be coming to them for all my automotive needs!!! Great people!

Took in my old Dodge Ram that I had taken to two other mechanics that were unable to figure out what was causing the misfires and hesitation. Was referred to Castro at Colorauto by guys at Autozone. Not only did he properly diagnose the valve issue with my truck he didn’t even charge me! Now both my new and old cars are serviced by Colorauto. This is a trustworthy and competent shop, something very hard to come by these days.

Been going to Colorauto for years and have had good service every time! They will match competitors’ pricing and coupons and I prefer to patronize small, family-​owned business to large corporate chains, but these folks also provide superior service. Best to call ahead and make an appointment or come in when they open at 8:00 am.
