Working for UBER and LYFT you never know what happens to your car! Elegant detailing is excellent and does such a superb job! He gives so much detail to his work and doesn’t stop tell everything is perfect! Amazing pricing for the quality of work you get! I highly recommend this company for any of your detailing needs!

Scam alert! Arturo doesn’t keep his word or know what the word «mobile» means. I bought my wife a living social coupon $ 125 for «mobile» detailing of her BMW. She called Arturo and he said they don’t mobile until April. We tried to work with him and set an appointment to come to his shop. When we arrived, he said he couldn’t do it. Arturo has black cloud syndrome… there’s always some problem and he can’t do what he said he would do.

I had my ’03 BMW detailed by Elegant Detailing last week and the car looks fantastic. Arturo was very professional, extremely diligent and hardworking, and concerned about my satisfaction. Although it wasn’t’ ‘disgusting’, the car had not been waxed or detailed in several years, and he made it look nearly new. He spent probably five hours on it. I used a Groupon, plus I asked for an extra for him to use a clay bar on the car. Totally worth it if you want the smoothest possible finish. I was completely satisfied.

Used a Groupon for an interior and exterior cleaning on a sedan. Paid $ 109.00 plus a $ 20.00 mileage fee and it was a huge waste of money. He showed up an hour late even though we were his first appointment of the day. Despite this, he STILL charged us the $ 20.00 fee for being out of his area. He tried to sell us a whole bunch of extras and complained about how busy he was. Uh, sorry, but if you are that busy and can’t find help, DON“T offer a Groupon! He spent a total of about 45 minutes cleaning a disgusting used car that we had bought. I could have done a better job. As a matter of fact, after he left, I went out and completed all the work that he didn’t do. Huge waste of time and money. I would never use this company again.
