This place is so not what you think of when you think JCREW. The clothes are okay but still expensive and there’s not much of a discount considering it’s an outlet. It’s poorly lite and the customer service is terrible. Ive been in to the store over 10times and have only had 1 associate say hi to me. That’s less then 10% of the time. The associates are always busy doing nothing and they still dont say hi.

I have been in this store twice now and the sales associates are just plain UNAVAILABLE and dismissive.
They have a bunch of really cute sweaters right now and a great price on Artist Tees, but I wouldn’t drop a dime in here. The store is messy and the associates are MIA.
No longer will I come in here. I’d rather shop full price to get better quality and a visable salesperson.
