Meinertech Home Inspection & Thermal Imaging

Mike was recommended to me by my Realtor and her recommendation coincided with an extensive search I personally did for all Home Inspection services. I would highly recommend Mike, he’s extremely personable and is full of knowledge. Immediately after the inspection, following his nifty Thermal Imaging, you are provided with a huge report full of inspection details and lots of useful tips for maintaining your home. Along with the Radon detection scan, which Mike was also able to provide, it ended up costing us ~$ 455. I believe it was worth it and ended up covering for itself with the remediation concessions he found that we were able to negotiate with the seller. Definitely would use Mike again if we ever buy another house.
