Took my laptop in for repair, they did everything they said they would at a great price and when they said it would be done. They went over all my options before and what all it might take to fix. The technician was very knowledgeable about possible upgrades I may want to do in the future and REALLY took his time to explain them to me. They repair many more kinds of devices. I also saw previously owned devices for sale too as well as accessories.

I just picked up my MacBook Pro that got an upgraded hard drive and ram! Bryan did an awesome job! Can’t even believe how above and beyond he went to make my mac the best it could be!
I originally brought in my Mac along with a broken one I had before so I can combine the good parts to form 1 bomb MacBook! I met JP first who was super knowledgable about computer problems and hardware! He explained things in a way that he really wanted you to understand what’s wrong and what’s best. Which I thought was awesome! Cause I felt I wasn’t getting treated like another number that needs to just leave already! He then informed me that Bryan was the Mac specialist and loved his work! That made me feel better about choosing this place!
That night Bryan called me letting me know exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He also gave me options and prices. When other places just give u 1 option and the flat rate.
This place is going to be my go to place from now on with any Apple problems I have! It is a small shop, but I look at it as more personal with a great staff of 2!

They fixed my iPhone screen in 10 mins. fast service and they had discounts on good quality chargers. Plus their customer service was fantastic! Everyone here is very polite and helpful. 5 stars!

I can’t recommend Bay IC strongly enough. I had multiple problems with an older laptop still worth repairing. Bryan did a great job replacing the cracked screen. JP spent considerable time explaining problems and solutions. The turnaround was fast, quality work, and superb customer service. They even gave me a price break on some further work, in addition to helping me transfer files to another laptop. This business is really exceptional!

We had an HP desktop that blue-​screened. After many diagnostics and swapping parts, Bryan determined it was a problem with the mother board. A friend gave us another desktop computer, not which we put the old hard drive with data in the newer PC along with a master SSD drive, which Bryan recommended. I was referred to Bay IC Repair. My computer crashed, Windows 8 was corrupted and would not start up. Bryan from Bay IC was amazing. So helpful and fixed my computer in a day. Not only did he fix it, but he upgraded it to Windows 10 and added Office for $ 130. Unbelievable. I am extremely impressed and will definitely recommend Bay IC to anyone with computer issues. Great service at a fair price! My less than year-​old convertible laptop/​tablet was corrupted beyond retrieval. Bryan evaluated, diagnosed for 2+ hours without the ability to fix it. He saved all my files and wiped Windows 8 Yay! and installed Windows 10 and a full version MS Office Suite –all for $ 140.
I will be using their services again should stuff happen that I cannot correct on my own.

Called around noon and spoke with a employee. He asked me questions and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He also told me that it would take a couple hours to repair my corrupted windows 10. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge and honesty. The person that fixed my computer gave me a handful of tips on how to keep my computer safe.

Went here twice; once to repair my yellow-​lighted PS3 and also my iphone 5s LCD. Brian repaired the PS3 in a few days, and the iphone in the same day. Brian is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the current technology. Also, their prices are much cheaper than other places I’ve found for similar repairs. I highly recommend this place!

Ive tried to replace a screen before. Im good at a lot of things. That was not one of them. That time I ended up just getting a new iPhone, as it coincided nicely with the iPhone 6 Plus release.
Then tragedy struck again… In the wee early hours of a Sunday morning, on my way out of a bar — er uh, church, yeah it was church, my device went sailing through the air, naked and unprotected as little baby Jesus of Nazareth, My new phone. My sweet, beautiful, innocent, overly used, fragile, lovely new phone. Cracked. Besmirched, fouled and tainted in shame.
Anyways…I needed a replaced screen. I researched. I read reviews on Unilocal.It was Sunday morning and I left messages.
The first person to call me back was Brian at Bay IC Repair. We talked for 7 minutes. He was straightforward and obviously knowledgeable. He’s also the only person I talked to that didnt try to discredit the other repair shops to try and make the sale. I really wanted the device repaired that day, normally this wouldn’t have been an issue but Brian was out of iphone 6 Plus screens and let me know his shipment would be there THE next day. So we made an appointment for the next day. Sure enough when I called to verify the parts had arrived, they had. Ill also mention that of all the quotes to replace the screen I got, Bay IC Repair was the lowest. The prices ranged from his $ 130 to Click Aways’ $ 260.
Fast forward to the repair. He said it would take 20 min and would look and feel as good as new. Well…
The repair took 20 minutes and looks and feels as good as new. How about that?
He gave a 6 month warranty which also beats the other places around; or at least the ones I read about on Unilocal.The other place I was considering had 90 day warranty.
To wrap it up. Unless my device bursts into flames or in a few weeks just crumbles in my hand,(in which case I’ll follow up on it here) — at this time I will go on record to say: Brian at Bay IC Repair is THE man to go to, should you crack the screen on your device. Boom! And there you have it.

Second time coming to get my phone fixed and it’s been a great experience! Great job and even better prices. I needed my iPhone 6 plus fixed and other places were charging me almost $ 200 while he fixed my screen and added a screen protector both for again, a great price. Bottom Lines: Priced by a nice guy looking to help out his friends and the community. Bay IC Repair is real busy because of it. Great guy, great business, great price, quality factory replacement parts, understands & explains why electrical parts are failing, gets the job done.
Backstory:
I cracked/​smashed some iPhone screens and was looking to have them replaced for resale purposes. I tried to order the parts on ebay & replace it myself. I ended up ordering just the screen glass (rookie mistake) with no digitizer attachment, which makes the job certainly impossible as the two pieces are gorilla glued together at the factory and removing them from one another is a joke. Frustrated, feeling duped, and wanting to get the job done, I hit up craigslist & Unilocal for some local services.
Research revealed a local competitor with 5%-10% better pricing, however Bay IC Repair offers factory OEM replacement parts — meaning the parts are premium quality which brings me an extra added peace of mind. As most 5 star Unilocal reviews begin, I’m glad I made the choice to meet Bryan and let him take care of my needs.
I called in advance to see how busy the shop was and also to gauge whether or not they could service my needs. Communication was clear, expectations were set, I made the commitment, & Bryan’s staff delivered on the goods.
Keep in mind that it’s a small operation, offering undeniable great prices for quality service, and that they can get busy slammed at any moment. Expect to leave your device behind for at least a few hours, depending on the scope of repair.

Location — Very easy to get to from the 880 — 238 — 580. Convenient parking lot in the back of the premises. Neighborhood has a car wash, grocery stores, and other amenities to help pass the time productively. Waiting room is equipped with seats, air conditioning, and a TV with netflix for your viewing pleasure.
Bryan & his staff are knowledgable, courteous, honest, friendly, and are passionate about their repair work. Unlike shady auto body shops, they assess the problems with sharp accuracy, perform the work, follow through on quoted prices, and even offer additional services/​parts at discounted prices to help keep your devices in good shape for the future. No one’s trying to pull a fast one on you here.

Wife recently dropped her iPhone one too many times and shattered White iPhone 5S Screen. I contacted Bryan by email, received a prompt response with estimate. I dropped off the phone, and he fixed in around 20min at going rate. Great little shop, would do business with again.
