Long overdue for my review! In November 2013 I was moving my desk location at my office to add more work space. My new location was now going to be in front of an emergency exit door that also has a full-​height window next to it. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but it’s behind me and outside the window is our delivery driveway which is operational all day, as well as being next to a hotel and their windows would look directly in, so it made me a little uncomfortable. Mark came out and suggested a two-​way tint, so I can see out but people cannot see in. Went with that tint and he did it so quickly and wonderfully (and at a great price). It works great and there are no signs of any flaws. If I ever need building or home windows tinted, I know who to call! Also feels great to do business with another small business in the same town!

Mark, the owner of Daystar, came out to give me an estimate to install security laminate on my windows. I was pleasantly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Mark showed me samples and different options that I had and certainly knew his stuff. Mark is one of those guys who obviously takes pride in what he does and makes sure his customers are satisfied. The installation went without a hitch and Mark came back to seal the deal with the protective sealent (highly recommended). I feel much safer now that I got the window security laminate (just check out his video on his website).
Another reason I gave Mark 5 stars was his honesty and pricing. He was very reasonable and not like one of those used car salesmen that you are bound to find in just about every service-​oriented profession. Honesty and professionalism go a long way with me and I was very happy that I chose Mark to do this job. Highly recommended!

Daystar Window Tinting was fantastic. Mark and Kim have been incredibly helpful in getting our old window tinting replaced. It had been peeling from a previous installer’s shoddy work, and Mark was there to the rescue. He worked with the manufacturer to get the repair honored by the warranty.
There was a minor mix up with the installing the correct model film and Mark and Kim were there in a heartbeat with outstanding customer service. They replaced the incorrect film — at their own expense! If it had been a less reputable business, they could have easily let us go by the wayside.
This is why Daystar Window Tinting has earned my absolute recommendation for any of your window tinting needs.

If you want extremely horrible customer service and zero follow-up…use Daystar Window Tinting. They do NOT call customers back in a timely fashion and and you constantly have to track them down. I DO NOT recommend this company and would suggest looking at Rocky Mountain Window Tinting instead.
