We recently purchased our home in Livermore CA. Matt helped us through the process with such professionalism, kindness, and proficiency that we are still amazed at how smooth and effortless the process were. In comparison to previous purchases, our latest purchase of our family home were by far the most enjoyable experience to date of buying a home. There are so many factors to consider when going down the road of real estate purchases, and lot of time, the realtor would pressure you into doing what is needed for him/​her to get the deal done. This was the opposite in dealing with Matt. He and his team worked with us, to ensure we are looked after, and the deal is structured to suit not only the seller, but more-​so us his buyer and client.

Matt was the seller of the property, as well as the agent. It seemed he was trying to jack up the price of the home, being that he supposedly had a higher offer.
We didn’t get the feeling we were being treated with respect or fairly. Sounded like to much power for one person, but that’s just an opinion.
