The Bare Betty is a great place to get waxed in the east bay. Robin is clean, very professional not invasive at all, and takes her time to do it correctly. What I also love about Robin, is the fact that although Brazilians are going to hurt, she makes it so it doesn’t hurt as much and I really appreciate that. Scheduling is very easy, you can schedule 24 hours and her availability is pretty open during the week. Thank you Robin for providing good service and making me feel comfortable.

An amazing esthetician. Thorough, professional and makes the time fly by as she chats with you during the entire process. I’ve booked twice with Robin for Brazilians due to reasons that prevented me from booking with my usual waxer, but I’ve never been disappointed. Neither will you! She does amazing work, and won’t be finished with you unless YOU’RE satisfied with how she’s done.

Robin is the best!

Amazing! Fabulous! Awesome! Wonderful!!! What more can I say about my experience with Robin? I had a terrible experience getting my first brazilian was almost 9 years ago and vowed never to have one done again (I literally felt like my waxer had a personal vindetta against me lol). Today Robin COMPLETELY changed my mind! She is so good at what she does. Robin is gentle and really works hard to make you feel comfortable. She talked me through the whole thing and explained the different waxes she was using and why. I left with a huge smile on my face and a booked appointment. I am extremely happy with her service.
If you book an appointment with Robin you may as well let your current waxer know that you’ll never see her again :-) Happy waxing!

Robin is the best bikini waxer in the Bay area. She always makes you feel comfortable. She’s extremly thorough with her work, never a hair left behind. She is always looking for new and better products to use and always has your best interest in mind, she always has good advice for you, based on YOUR personal waxing needs. The atmosphere is fun. Kind of a bewitched theme, with 80’s rock playing in the background. Not your typical wax place, definetly a cut above the rest. Would never trust my bikini wax to anyone else. I say again Robin is the best in the Bay.

Robin has been my waxer for over a year. I have fairly thick, dark eyebrows and she helps me keep them in line. I’ve had other eyebrow waxers who have removed half an eyebrow (like, the left half of my left eyebrow) and she never makes mistakes like that. My eyebrows look great after she’s done with them. She’s also waxed my underarms and upper lip. She does a thorough job and it doesn’t hurt much at all.
Robin is personable, friendly, good at waxing, and quick. She’s also not going to put her wallet over your health or total experience. I once made an appointment for legs and underarms and when I went in, she assessed my condition and told me that my hair wasn’t long enough and she wasn’t going to cause me undue pain by trying to wax it off. So she sent me home and lost an hour’s worth of appointment space, which is money.
Her prices are reasonable, her room is clean and the place she works at (
) is devoted to good hygiene and health. I see no reason to go anywhere else.
