Azusena’s Raspados Y Ice Cream

Love this place, everything taste amazing. The only thing I did not like is that they are under staff so it can literally take over half an hr to get your order.

What they sell is very good! But the place is way too small for the clientele they have and service is sooooooooo slow!!!

I will NEVER waste my time here again let me share with you WHY and you can choose if it is worth it for you or not… Before even trying this place I heard great reviews from a lot of my friends (even co-​workers) that this place is really good; not only did I hear about them but I also seen pictures of their product that other people had purchased and I thought «MANN that is something I need to try!’ BIG MISTAKE… I go in and stand up at the front (first) register and I see two small groups and woman sitting inside. So I think hey this won’t take so long. I look at the ladies there and they look directly at me and don’t say a word not a welcome– hola; NOTHING i mean it felt more like they were surprised to see a white person in their store because it was more like a rude glance towards me but I didn’t take it personal I mean it’s only two girls and I’m sure they get busy so they are probably tired (I like to think positive about things). 5 mins down the road and they are still on the same one order they were on wen I first entered the building and still no welcoming for me. they finally finish that one order of three mangonadas I’m thinking finally it’s my turn I can order now! The ladies walk up to where I’m standing hand off the items to their costumers then walk back to behind their counter and started showing pictures on her iPad!!! I was literally shocked at this kind of service I was receiving… The younger girl finally approaches me and says «what do you want’ STILL NO WELCOME either just a «what do you want» so I still decide to order since I’ve been standing there for about ten mins now and I’m determined to try this place out… I had to pay with my debit so we walked to the other side where her Hypercom is and as she’s ringing me up while she’s dealing with my card she it texting on her phone in front of me! Then at the end she slides my mangonada WITH her tip jar (I’m the only one I seen her do it to) and said have a nice day. Best place for real Mexican snacks! I used to live down the street and was constantly there for the Papas Locas or the raspados. Now I come here every time I visit! Mangoneadas, pepinadas, churritos locos, YUMMM!
AND they have Tejuinos now?! I’m done. If you’ve never had any of these things I feel bad for your tastebuds because you are missing out. Sure I can feel my teeth rotting afterward but it was worth every last bite.
I just wish parking was better but I can’t get this where I live so I’ll take what I can get.
