This place is AMAZING! We are new to the area and have spent hours searching. MIKE at Victory was SUPER helpful! We finally found our floor, counters, and backsplash!

Wow what kind of people do they have working there. To get ANY customer service is impossible. Workers are not interested in helping you and don’t care about your business. Too many other places to get your tile. Go somewhere else that will appreciate your business

Needed tiles for both bathrooms for my remodel. Went to several tile store in Cathedray City and in Palm Springs. Hands down, these guys are awesome. I worked with both Mike and Brett. Both were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure I received the best price for the tiles I was looking to purchase. Lisa was great in helping me select the tile for my house that worked best with the new kitchen cabinets. She went above and beyond to help with the process and after all was said and done, no questions asked on returning the overage boxes of tile not used. These guys have been great to work with.

Lisa & Mike are great to deal with, wonderful pricing & quality goods. DO NOT DEAL WITH OWNER. he gets ornery and flippant, almost as if his momma never said no to him. simply a bad attitude. (i stopped using them for a while, then «had to» for a few clients, never dealt with him again, voila! problem solved).

I’ve used the in the past, but have to say after this last time. NO MORE! All was good while ordering my tile, in fact when I was ordering I was told to not worry about going above the typical 10% overage estimate because I could return it. Stupid me! There was NO mention that I had 30 days to return it, not from my sales person and not on the receipt! 3000 sq ft of tile, which took 10 days to order and deliver… but when I showed up 60 days from date of order I was told, sorry! No, I am sorry Victory Tile that I spent my money at your store… but will NEVER do so again. As another reviewer mentions, the valley is full of tile stores! I can’t believe I wasn’t offered a store credit… an offer of 50 cents of the dollar… a restocking fee… something!!! It was 20 cases of tile, not like some odd amout that couldn’t cover someone else’s room! Keep treating your regular customers like this, you won’t have to worry much longer because you won’t have any!!!

Lisa can find anything. It is almost scary how good she is at locating some random tile that you are looking for without spending a ton of money to get it here. She follows through and really cares about getting you the best product at the best prices around.
I always check here first, and if she has it and can get it, need not shop elsewhere.
