Mold & Moisture Solutions (Catonsville, MD).
The Good: The owner was very nice and knowledgeable of mold remediation topics.
The Bad: The work was not completed, they damaged our home, and they are completely unresponsive.
They only cleaned half of the HVAC duct system and didn’t mention it until questions with a picture. They failed to clean the AC Return vents and plenum – where they mold was present. Once pictures were sent, they admitted they didn’t clean it.
During the air duct cleaning, the two workers were unable to cut the paint from the vents, so they ripped the vents off the drywall, damaging the drywall/​paint. This required the ceiling to be patched and repainted in two rooms (expense not covered by Mold & Moisture Solutions). Additionally, they propped our front storm door open wrong and forced it closed – bending and breaking the gas shock and hinge (expense not covered by Mold & Moisture Solutions)
During our experience, there was only one person to call, and it was difficult to get a response within any professional timeframe – taking several days.
I am giving one star because they did not complete the work they were contracted to perform and caused damage that totaled more than the cost of the work.
I STRONGLY recommend NOT doing business with this organization.

The good: they did a good job on the work (eventually) that I hired them to do — some mold remediation. Hence the 2 stars.
The bad: Completely unresponsive and and unreliable. Had to call several times to see the status of the work. Then they promised me an inspection letter that was critical to my house sale, and it was just delay, delay and finally unresponsive.
I would strongly recommend not doing business with this organization.
