The owner Kevin Engels just hung up the phone on me. He or one of his employees dismantled my pool filter without authorization and now it is damaged. He claims that he had a «verbal contract» with my wife (which she disputes), told me to get someone else to repair the pool, told me he was going to send my invoice to a collection agency, and he hung up the phone. I’ve never had a business owner hang up the phone on me. Never. Until now. And I have damaged pool equipment.

Black Mountain Pool Service has been servicing my pool since I moved into my house 3 years ago. They are reliable, friendly and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone.
