Description

Specialties

Proudly serving our own coffee roasted right next door!

Firecreek Coffee’s Café is located adjacent to our Roastery in the Villiage of Oak Creek, on the outskirts of Sedona

Firecreek Coffee’s motto is: It matters to them, they matter to us. This mantra developed out of an appreciation for both our customers and our suppliers. We appreciate the commitment to quality and sustainability that everyone in our supply chain honors. Our customers are a very special group of local chefs, coffee shops, and consumers, who choose to pay a bit more to honor our values and those of the farmers that we purchase from.

History

Established in 2007.

FIrecreek Coffee was started in 2007. Firecreek’s special coffee is hand roasted in small batches of 25 lbs or less. This allows them to air cool the beans, rather than quench them with water, such as larger roasters do. Although water quenching saves time and money it mutes the flavor and subtle nuances that they work so hard to preserve in our coffee.

Firecreek Coffee is roasted in a cast iron roaster over an open flame, in Sedona, AZ. Rather than warehouse coffee for months, Firecreek roast per order. This allows for all coffee to be consumed within 2 weeks of roasting. The volatile oils which give coffee there aroma do not dissipate. This adds yet another level enjoyment to the coffee drinking experience. If Sedona is to far you can find their beans at AJ fine foods and Whole foods Market stores throughout Arizona.
