It’s a shame that because this is the only taxi service in town that they abuse that power by pushing their customers around. I called expecting friendly customer service. But my expectations were too high. I felt so mistreated that I wanted to apologize for the gentleman having to have a job, come to work, and having me as a potential customer calling on them to do their job.

This is the worst taxi service I’ve ever tried to deal with. They told me they’d «be there in a few minutes.» No one showed up after 15 so I called them back and they said it would be less than 10. 20 minutes went by and still nothing.
