History

Established in 2002.

Tunex of Cedar City was established in 2002 by the owner Steven Sillitoe. He has been in the automotive business for over 35 years. Our manager is Charles Flowers and he has worked for Steven at two shops for over 15 years. Our lead tech is Jim McIntyre and he has worked for Tunex for 8 years.

I have been in the Automotive business for most of my life. I first started working when I was 13 years old with my father. He had a Chevron gas station where I first learned about working hard and running a business. In 2002 Tunex came to me and ask if I would be interested in purchasing a franchise. We opened some time later that year.
