History
Established in 2013.
The Bastrop Texas and Cedar Creek areas really needed a more Secure Self Storage option. We wanted a completely enclosed property. Computer Gated Access. 24⁄7 HD Video Surveillance and Recording. Sensor Systems and Anti-Theft Systems.
We also wanted to offer more diversity in the different sizes and options of units we carried. We wanted to offer wider drives to accommodate Moving Vans and Larger RV’s with a completely paved property and we wanted to offer all of the most convenient ways to pay with an easy-to-use website and Auto-Pay features too.
By the summer of 2013 all the hard work had culminated in our beautiful new, state-of-the-art facility. We believe our facility has more of what people want and need in a storage facility. Manager
Phil Brown is the OnSite Manager for this location. This Dedicated Self Storage Professional is a Native Texan, Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer (20 Years), Holds a B.A. in Business Management from Concordia University in Austin, and is an extremely active Singer/Songwriter/Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer here in the Austin area.
