History

Established in 1980.

Koch Construction was founded in 1980 by Karl and Jeff Koch. Karl began his residential construction career in 1955 and is an accomplished homebuilder, finish carpenter, and cabinet maker. Karl was born in America, but was raised in Denmark, returning to the USA in 1950. Koch Construction was founded on the old world values of craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity that Karl brought back with him to America. These are the same values, coupled with modern day technology, that our work today is based on.

Business Owner

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience and a hands-​on approach to every project to ensure customers are more than satisfied with the finished product. He takes great pride in the craftsmanship, work ethic and professionalism of all members of his team. He and Brenda have Courtney, a nurse in Ames, and Noah and Chase. Jeff is active in Boy Scouts with his sons and he and the whole family enjoy camping and horseback riding.
