Dr. Thoman took pliers to my freshly inserted crown and tried to remove it. When I complained of pain, he told me I could handle it. My wife went the same day because she had pain from a previous procedure. He took x-rays and, before they were developed(he complained that they wouldn’t develop quickly because the office was cold), he told my wife that she needed a root canal. During this time, he received a phone call from another patient who had to cancel her appointment because her son was sick. While my wife was still in his chair, he stood for 10 minutes telling me that patients only get one chance at canceling and that the woman who canceled was letting her child run her life. True or not, absolutely not professional. Dr. Thoman recommended that we go to a friend of his for my wife’s «root canal». We paid and left. My wife, to my knowledge, didn’t have a root canal. It’s been two months and her teeth are fine. I’m not a dentist, but I would guess that her previous pain was from the procedure she had with him. Definitely, don’t go to Dr. Thoman.
