American Karate Academy Cedar Hill

We are really excited about this place. We live in Duncanville and recently enrolled our four year-​old in Karate class here. He has recenty passed his gold belt test and is learning self defense and discipline. He is an all-​boy kid and loves anything superhero/​boxing/​fighting/​etcc… and this has been a good place for him to learn about how and where you use these techniques.
The class sizes are usually 2 – 5 kids. It is a good mix of kids, and as four year olds sometimes do, they can be a little rowdy. The teachers are very kind and patient with the kids. It is up to us parents to teach our children how to be respectful. All in all we are enjoying our experience with Mr. Chaote and staff. I wish the karate school all the best, and would recommend to any age or ability level!
