I’ve been to jail. This place reminds me of jail. Even the chairs are the kind they handcuff you to. 3 hours to get a prescription? No number system and people were being called at random. I absolutely hate this place. Please never come her they deserve to be out of business. If you want to know why the medical system is failing it’s profit driven places like this. The waiting room reminded me of a less organized Parkland ER. Glasses selection isn’t even good.

Though you save a little money coming here, you definitely make up for it in the time you spend here dealing with horrible customer service. We had to return three different times(pulling my son out of school) simply to get a contact lens prescription. The first visit they charged us for the exam, but wouldn’t give him a prescription because he couldn’t get his lenses in and they had to move to other customers. The second time he got his lenses in and we were scheduled for a third appointment to be a follow up where we would finally receive his prescription. We showed up exactly when we were told to and had to wait 30 minutes because the doctor wasn’t in yet. We waited another 30 minutes to purchase some lenses — which never ended up happening because I finally just took the prescription, left and will go elsewhere to make my purchase. Three visits and over three hours later and we still don’t have what we came in for over two weeks ago! We will be returning to the optometrist at Costco in Duncanville — never should’ve left there in the first place!

They have a very large selection but the way they organize service is a bit confusing. Tons of employees talking to one another but customers waiting in the back waiting area. No obvious number system so you feel that you are waiting for eternity. If this business focused on timely/efficient service it would totally benefit. Won’t be back waited 1.5 hours!!!
