This store is OK. it’s like they squeezed all the inventory they could onto every square foot of space on the floor. It is tight. There is a great selection of clothing and shoes for women but for the men, good luck. There is seriously more perfume than shoes for men. The service I’ve received has been great. I’ve heard horror stories but thankfully I haven’t experienced the craziness. Prepare to walk. It’s actually best to park on the backside away from the main parking near Barnes & Noble to avoid the chaos. I’m not a makeup junkie but my friends come here solely for MAC. It’s a convenient option those on the south side of town instead of going north. Overall it’s good but needs a little work.

It’s been years since I shopped at Dillards but decided to come here to shop for my daughter’s prom dress. Sad. Sad. Sad. This store is has this death vibe. It was empty and nearly vacant except for the store employees. No one offered to help us even though we were the only people in the teen formal dept. The ladies at the MAC counter ignored a customer for about 5 minutes while they talked about non work topics like weaves. I love MAC and wanted to pick up some liner and mascara. Decided not to after watching that woman get ignored. They have a limited formal selection. I don’t think I’m special but do think service folks should be attentive when the store is nearly empty. Won’t return unless I’m forced to. I’m afraid I’ll be sacked into a black hole.

I am not sure if I would blame this so much on Dillard’s or the Mac area. Went it to get eye liner, mascara, lipstick and a new eye pallet. The lipstick I found was a perfect color for me and when the attendant went to get one the other one told her they were out. Ugh no one pulled the sample off the display. Then I went to buy the eye make up and it was the same problem. I was so annoyed I just got the other items and went to Ulta.

We got there right when the store open for the only purpose of getting links taken out of my watch because we wanted to beat the post-Christmas rush. When we got to the counter though, management had no idea where the keys were, and they were in complete chaos because several people had not showed up for their shifts. We were told we could wait until they found the keys, so we waited for about 15 minutes. When they found the keys we waited for someone to take care of us only to be told they wouldn’t be doing links today. I’m not sure why two employees could wait around while a few people on the other side of the counter tried on watches, but no one could take 5 minutes to take 2 links out of my watch. Everyone was rude, they clearly were not in control of the situation, and their customer service was horrible.

The older lady in the perfumes is nice, but the woman in the purse section is rude! She didn’t want to help me with anything. So guess what no sale for her. Went to MAC worst customer service ever. Rushed me and told me that color is out nation wide, went online and guess what there was the color I wanted.

This store is very nice. I went to purchase a gift for a bride and surprisingly they had a good assortment of lingerie. I recommend this store.

Joe in ladies shoes an Ron in ladies fragrances are the best. They get what customer service is all about. I only shop in those two departments now. Other sales associates in other departments wait for you to ask for assistance instead of offering. That is why i scored low.
