Fantastic.
And they know how to deal with kids. I have 10 year old. Typically, my wife takes him for his shots. She was out of town so I took him.
He clearly knew the drill. They clearly knew him, talked to him, asked him about his Baseball team, and treated him like he was genuinely important.
I was impressed.
