Anytime Fitness

My husband and I workout here. Him more than me but at least I feel good about having a membership. Every time he goes I like him more and more. Let’s just say chiseled. This gym has all the tools. Highly recommended. Great staff also.

There is no other place I would trust with my fitness goals. Nathan is probably one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and it’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his members health and well being. The facility is always clean and the selection of equipment is vast.
If you decide a trainer is for you (which I highly recommend) Amanda is amazing; she is honest, motivating and so supportive. I’ve been training with her for almost a year and I have seen phenomenal results and gained a great friend and fitness advocate.

I was sad and disappointed when my local 10 dollar a month gym closed its doors. I looked around and decided on the Anytime Fitness in Cedar Park. It costs more than my 10 dollar a month gym but it has proven to be worth it. The gym is well laid out and clean. The equipment is new and well maintained. It is in its own building, not on a strip center like so many others. Nathan, the owner is always quick to greet the members by name and address any concerns you might have. The personal trainers are available if you feel the need for one. My recommendation would be Jeffery but you honestly won’t go wrong with whichever one you choose.

By far the best gym in Austin, all the facilities are clean and new, not to mention the wonderful staff that makes every person walking through that door feel like family. Nathan is really awesome and you never feel any sales pressure. If you are looking for a trainer I suggest Amanda. She has helped me get back on my feet. I love the fact that this gym as a very comfortable and welcoming.

This gym far exceeds what you would normally expect from your average Anytime Fitness. The property is incredibly clean inside and out and the staff are very friendly. In fact the owner is always around and respectfully listens to any equipment requests and offers great work out advice.
They’re signup process was very easy and understandable and they have a very reasonable rate.
I’d recommend this location if you are either first starting or are a veteran.

This is such a convenient gym. It’s never overly crowded and the staff is extremely helpful. The Saturday boot camps kick your butt, but hey, that’s why you’re there right? The whole complex is great because I can go across the parking lot to a med-​spa and relax and get pampered. Double bonus!

Been looking for a gym for a while, walked in and immediately felt comfortable here. It’s very personable, clean and has a great varierty of equipment. You can’t beat the price either!

Well, heck, nobody really likes to work out, do they? I never have, but I decided in my later years I better start doing something on a regular basis. That said, I have been a member of many other gyms. I’ve been a member, but I almost never went and worked out. Why? The gyms were not clean, or the people were gawkers, or the hours were not convenient.
Fortunately, Anytime Fitness does NOT have any of these problems. (That means I have no excuses!) Nathan, John, and Derek are super friendly and they always acknowledge me. The gym is spotless, and there are not any gawkers. People come here to work out, and then they go on their merry ways. Anytime Fitness is also open all the time, in case I need a midnight pumping iron session.
If you need a personal trainer, I don’t think you can go wrong with either Derek or John. Derek is my trainer, and his personality makes him a perfect fit for me. He is encouraging, helps me forget I am suffering (usually), and keeps me motivated. He never pushes me so far that I get injured, and he checks in with me as I work out to make sure I’m not going to croak. He is super fit, and that inspires me to keep striving for more.
Overall, I can’t say enough about Anytime Fitness. I actually love this gym. There. I said it and I mean it.

The best gym I have ever been to! This Anytime Fitness is clean, Nathan and John are incredibly friendly and helpful, and it is meat-​head-​free! I always feel very comfortable and invited as I walk through the door. Overall, a great gym for anyone looking to get healthy.

Not your ordinary gym.
Staff members actually know your name and care about your fitness goals! Their kindness is genuine, unlike other gyms I have been a member at. The members at this gym are also incredibly friendly. Overall, the atmosphere here is an extremely positive one.
Although this gym may seem small, it never gets overly crowed at peak times. I have never had any trouble not being able to complete a workout routine.

Best gym in Cedar Park.

I just noticed it’s been a year since my initial review here and I am still regularly going to this gym (multiple times per week on average) and I am still completely happy with it! I think that says a lot. In the past two weeks I have also worked out at the Anytime Fitness in Canyon, TX and Georgetown and I much prefer ‘mine’. The cleanliness is a still a top priority, and Nathan is there a lot and extremely positive and friendly every time I see him.
After going to the Georgetown gym today, I also appreciate the arrangement of the equipment in the Cedar Park/​Parmer location, with plenty of room to move around between them and with none of the cardio machines facing a wall (even with a TV on them-​which I don’t normally use– it’s nice to look out a window and keep an eye on my truck while doing cardio) and with them intelligently grouped according to muscle group, etc.
Couldn’t be happier.

I love this gym! I’ve been a member for about 4 months now. It’s convenient to get to and so far it has never been crowded so I have never had to wait for the equipment I want to use. They have all the equipment I could ever want to use and it is new and always clean. The virtual studio is great — you can choose a variety of classes from yoga to kickboxing to spin classes on your own schedule and no overcrowded conditions like at other gyms with limited classes. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and supportive. I wasn’t sure if I would feel safe working out at night or early in the morning, but I feel very comfortable in this gym with all of its security features. It’s the best gym I’ve been a member of so far.

Everything is CLEAN! And quiet (no grunting or weight-​clanging). The a/​c works! The machines work! The trainers are very gracious and friendly! When I wander over into the weights section, I don’t get any weird you’re-out-of-shape /​you-don’t-belong-here looks (that I know of)! It’s never crowded! OMG. Best. Gym. Ever.

The deets:
–I worked my ass off to earn my 21 check-​ins in one month. I deserve to be Duchess.
–That being said, in one month, Chris has helped me lose 9.59 lbs of fat, 8.25 inches, and 4% body fat. I’ve gained 1.52 lbs of muscle, and I’m still going strong! One night after working out, I told Hubs that my little 5’1 self would be stronger than him one day. He told me to dream on. Challenge accepted. Needless to say, there will be an arm wrestling match in the near (or distant– whatevs) future.
–Along with personal training, Chris also created a nutrition plan for me. If you’re interested in revving up your metabolism and learning how to eat right, the personalized nutrition plan is free with personal training or it can be purchased seperately if you’re not interested in training. I eat five meals a day, and I need to get protein into each meal. Why? Because protein=muscle=fat burn. Um, do you know what this means? It means that I could potentially eat juicy, medium rare steak five times a day! Mmm, steak…
–I used to be a Lifetime Fitness member, but I left because their sales staff is a buncha deebags (refer to the Lifetime review). While there are many Anytime FItness facilities, each one is individually owned and operated. Nathan and Tony have always been friendly, and I’ve never felt like a sale. And they’re Aggies :)
