Big T’s Handyman & Remodeling Services

Since I had to take Mr. Hegtvedt to court get the return of my 50% deposit (one he indicated that he’d return…200+ days ago) hopefully the reader understands why I cannot recommend Big T’s Handyman, and why I’d want the reader to be aware of the owner’s (Tory Hegtvedt) business practices. (I was awarded the judgment last week– return of deposit and filing fees-​; I would like to offer the reader Mr. Hegtvedt’s rationale, but he didn’t show up for that hearing, nor the pre-​trial hearing back in August)
I don’t know if his behavior will continue and he will decide not to pay the judgment. If not, I’ve already accepted that I will be going to an attorney to file the paperwork for an appropriate writ with a little more bite.
I am hoping Mr. Hegtvedt does the right thing, but since he deliberately let this go for this long, I won’t be surprised if it continues.
