Hands down the best realtor I’ve EVER worked with! I was just looking for a house to rent and sometimes couldn’t even get call backs from realtors. Brandon happened to be the realtor for a home I was looking at (without a realtor, because I was so tired of dealing with them), and I instantly knew I wanted to work with him as well. I was able to reach him immediately and schedule a showing. I showed up to view the house, and he was waiting on me with a folder put together of the home with the application and home details. The home was perfect, but he also made the process so simple and streamlined I probably would have chosen it anyways. Every form of communication was answered immediately, which is very rare for realtors. I was able to do the paperwork electronically, and he even drove to my side of town to meet for the deposits. I was already beyond impressed, but then Brandon gave me a folder with a picture of the home and congratulations note and a list of the utilities/​contact info for my new house. It’s the little things!
I would HIGHLY recommend him (and have already to several family members/​friends). He went above & beyond on customer service, which is hard to find these days. And this was just for renting a house! At the end of this year, I will be in the market to purchase and look forward to using Brandon again! Thank you Brandon for your hard work!
