DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They charge you for everything when you move out and they LIE. When we first moved in, they told us we would have granite counter tops, we didnt, and they wanted to charge us if they had to still install them. It would have raised our monthly rent. They questioned us about not having a service dog after we submitted our proper paperwork already, and they failed to mention about move out fees. To top it off, thy raised our rent by $ 200 for the next year if we wanted to stay. Nothing could be done about the price so we submitted our 60 day notice. Couple weeks later, closer to our move out, nobody had rented our apt yet so they were willing to go down on our rent by $ 100 bucks and offer me the granite counter tops that I was promised in the beginning for free. Why couldn’t they just do that in the first place? Because of course they just want to get all the money that they can get instead of doing the right thing. The granite tops were going to be installed in all of the apartments anyway this years so I wasn’t getting a deal, they were just wanting to make it seem that way. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Hello! I have lived at this property for almost 2 years. I have loved living here since day1. All the staff have been wonderful and caring towards me and my needs here. It was hard moving 3.5 hours from my mom but the staff and including Alissa who has been like a sister to me has helped the transition much easier on me. I look forward to coming home from work to my nice clean apartment. I have enjoyed living here. I thank Alissa for helping me see more of Austin and the fun things it has to offer. I know she has been a blessing for me being here. Thank you for all you do… :)

Great location.
Professional staff.
Hardwood floors, granite cabinet tops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling faulns in most rooms. Walk in closets everywhere.
The location is nice and private, with access to 183 and W. Parmer Lane.
The staff has been courteous and professional in person and on the phone, we have dealt the Mikhal and Alissa multiple times and they are a pleasure to work with.
Cost is very affordable, and surprise surprise there is actually parking spaces a avail to use

My apartment got broken into luckily nothing was taken this happen 2 days before I went out of state for 7 days. It took a week to fix my window — I still don’t have a screen this happened back in June. The broken screen is still just sitting by apt. It’s now November.
Walls are paper thin and the stairs are inside so every time your upstairs neighbor comes in you can hear them walking up the stairs and walking around you can hear their tv, them talking so just pray you don’t get one with kids
They in force the pool rules about 2 guest pre-​apartment — but not kid parties just adults who don’t run/​jump/​splash/​yell
I had 4 friends after grilling went and sat in the pool and the on site officer went around checking people IDs and clickers when I said they were all with me I got told the rule and we left. BUT THEY HAVE KID POOL PARTIES ALL THE TIME.

We moved in at the end of January and now that we’ve been here a month I feel ok about writing a review.
This place is great!
For starters, We came to look at the place and walked in with no appointment at the very last minute on a Sunday. My boyfriend and I were at appointments at other complexes all day and were frustrated and tired (everyone seems to lie to you just to get you in the door) Crystal showed us around the property and the empty units and never acted agitated or rushed. Seeing as she probably should have been walking out as we walked in I was very impressed. We were there for about 90 minutes looking around and asking questions.
The next day we decided to go with this property and it was smooth sailing with them. We ran into some issues because my boyfriends grandfather died and he had to leave the state for a week. The whole staff bent over backwards for me and even tho I was nervous (by bf usually handles these things) they walked me through the process and reassured me. They held our applications until he returned and the unit we wanted even tho I could not produce his signature for a week! They were so great!
Moving day!
So I never bothered to ask them what time they opened and scheduled Time Warner to meet me at the new place at 9am. I figured I would grab the keys and no big deal right? Wrong! Camden doesn’t open until 10am!!! Again, no problem! I called the night before and told Crystal I’d be coming at 9. She informed me they didn’t open until 10 but to knock on the door and she would be there early to give me the keys! How awesome is that?
So ok, my boyfriend is not one that deals well with change. We walk into the apartment and he notices the window in the living room doesn’t have a street view. The view is actually pretty but he can’t see any cars and that is what he is used to so he has a little melt down. I call Crystal and she says…“come by and get the key to a few other units that we have empty. You have to love where you live!“
See why I think this place is amazing? Anyway after looking at 3 other places he decided the view with the tree’s aren’t so bad and we can just stay where we originally picked since everything was set up anyway! Ugh!
The place is great! We have now been here a month and the office is still wonderful! The staff usually changes once your in and your lease is signed, it’s not like that here! They are as wonderful and attentive as the day we came to look at the place.
There are two negatives. The parking is a little on the congested side. If you don’t like to walk more then 50 feet to where you live you may have a problem at night here. They do offer paid parking where you can park under a carport for I believe $ 30 more a month. This is not an issue for me because I don’t at all mind the walk but I know it would bother some people so take that into consideration.
There is valet trash here, that sounds great but its not. Most of the people in my building leave the trash out in bags all day. There are two days a week that you have to take your own trash to the dumpster (its situated closer then your car to your door) and instead of taking it out most of my building just keep piling it up outside the door for the two days. Its quite disgusting but it’s not something the office or staff have done its the people who live here.
The amenities are awesome! I haven’t gotten to go in the pool yet because it’s too cold but I have sat out there a few times and its a beautiful set up! The gym is actually pretty great! Clean and lots of options. They even have free weights and plenty of machines! It’s open ²⁴⁄₇ and super convenient if you just couldn’t find time to get to the gym. In fact, I’ve only gone to my paid gym 4 times since I moved in (i work out 5 – 6 times a week). There are a bunch of others that I haven’t used yet but look awesome like the business center and the theater room!
All in all this is an awesome place to live!
