This bank customer has suffered tremendously over the past few years. I am not sure if they understand personal conversation about personal lives is customer services. Expect to wait to do any type of transaction at this location.

How do you rate an ATM machine?
He was friendly and smiled the entire time I worked with him. Nope, not true.
He was helpful and polite. Nope, never said a word.
He was quick to serve. Again, Nope, he took his time.
He was easy to read. Nope, sun glare shines on his face.
He was priced right. Nope, took all my money
He was easy to get to. Nope, took a shortcut through CVS then made a U-​turn.
All I can say is I stuck a plastic card in his eye and he spit out free money that he stole from my account.

Received great, professional and friendly service from banker, Susan Burnam! Honestly, I was not expecting much for a big bank experience but was pleasantly surprised with the personal attention. I would definitely recommend.
