This location suffers because of the mall. Well, that and the innumerable loons that insist on eating here despite all other options. Yes, that’s self damning.
There’s a roped off line 20 feet from the register to all foot traffic through the mall. If you fail to see it, you might get whacked.
Slow food service, either due to lack of kitchen space or skill.

Very unfortunate! Should have taken a picture! I appreciate the quick staff and always having manners. Never pushy and know how to handle a busy line. Especially in the mall I have to give them props. The food was delicious as always and has never disappointed me. Didn’t pressure me to get anything but was a very quick and yummy service. I am a big fan of the lemonade I just can’t get enough!

Our encounter today was with some not so friendly employees, they look frantic and miserable, we didn’t hear the famous «my pleasure» after you say thank you. The supply bin on the counter for utensils and condiments had been hit pretty hard so a lady asked for a fork right after I had asked for ice, the employee looked at her and said, please wait you turn. It was kinda surprising to hear that, matched with the look on her face, the customer was bothered by that response. I just said, obviously they are overwhelmed and overworked, the poor girl can’t handle it to which the customer then felt bad and understood. Maybe they should hire more or have a better system in place? It seems that whatever is going on here is not customary to other locations I have been to.
The fries today were old, dry, all the broken tiny pieces were given. Even the ice tea lacked, I had to go back twice to get ice because it was too hot and melted and didn’t get lemons when I had ordered them. I love ice tea, not soup tea. Not good Chick-​Fil-​A, not good. You charge enough for your meals,
They only offer a mere 15% military discounts where Barton Creek Mall and other locations offer a generous 50% off for those who serve.

Always appreciate the staff and the great food here. My latest love has been the Grilled Market Salad.
All locations keep the same consistency and I always enjoy the fruit options for my kids. The do chicken and they do it right.
Additional benefit, they help donate back to the local communities and schools.

This site has really great customer service. I ordererd lunch for 12 for an upcoming meeting. This particular store typically doesn’t offer what the website promised, but Cameron made it happen for us. He was so respectful on the phone and even called me back like he said he would. Shocked! If you ever need to order a group lunch please ask for Cameron and he will make it so easy for you.

Do not have a kids party here. I had my daughters birthday party a build-​a-​bear and after we went to chic-​fil-​a. The party ended earlier than it was supposed to so I sent my husband upstairs to see if we could go up early, they said yes. When we got up there the table was set up and the cow came out… the cow never came to our table, just walked around (not a big deal) we didn’t pre order any food because we had some picket eaters. When the girl came over to take the order she had nothing to write with. She started to write our order on a hand wipe packet… lol. I searched through my purse and found and old receipt for her to write on. We ordered 6 kids meals, one combo and two drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our food… she brought completely different drinks and no condiments. She came back with two corrected drinks, but it took her an additional 25 minutes to bring back a diet dr. Pepper! When it was cake time she brought no plates or utensils. When I asked for plates and forks she stomped off. She came back with a huge stack of salad bowls and a few spoons. I had to go to the pizza place for forks. She never came back after that. When we were finished with everything, I didn’t just want to leave a huge mess, so I went to the counter to ask for a trash bag. I’m guessing the girl didn’t recognize me because I stood there and listened to her explain «how terrible» our party was to one of her co-​workers. I then asked her for a trash bag and she ran out with one and cleaned the table. I understand six 5 year old girls and a bunch of moms might be a handful, but I really don’t think it’s that hard to bring out food, a cake, plates and forks… just sayin’. I’ve never had a problem with service from chic-​fil-​a before, that’s why I chose to have the party there, I guess the lakeline location is just sub-​par compared to all others? Very disappointing :-(

Me: I’d like a kids meal with four nuggets and no drink.
Kid at register: No drink?!
Me: That’s right.
KAR: Are you sure?
Me: Yes.
KAR: Really?
Me: Yes
KAR: Because if you change your mind, it costs more later.
Me: I don’t want a drink.
KAR: But a drink comes with your combo.
Me: Give it to the next person in line. I don’t want a drink.
KAR: Ummmmm well okay I guess. You positive?
Me: I don’t. want. a drink.
The condiment I requested, a single pack of honey, must have gotten lost in all the commotion of me being the first person ever to not want a drink with their meal.
And no, it doesn’t come with your combo. Your combo is cheaper if you don’t order the drink, but if you order a drink with your combo, it is slightly discounted.
