I’ve been to many vape shops this vape shop is hands down my new vape shop their flavors are spot on their cereal is amazing if you like cereal then cereal suicide is for you excellent flavor and their products are not over priced like other places well I mean they are but not by a stupid amount their prices right the staff is excellent and know their stuff and don’t mind helping out and answering questions they know their stuff I recommended this shop to anyone who wants good juice at a good price

I love this shop. I have had trouble getting into vaping in the past because ive never been satisfied with the products i was receiving. This is not the case any more. Cloudhouse Vapors is the first vape shop ive ever visited where the employees where knowledgeable, kind, and confident in their ability to help you. Based only on what i told them i liked, they where able to set me up with an amazing kit that ive been very satisfied with. I have even found myself going back there just to see the employees and owners in my free time. Truly an awesome vape shop, and experience!

Good juice, helpful, prices are extremely fair. Don’t much care the the group of guys hanging out every time I go in, especially as a rookie, I catch them glimpse over as I ask my know nothing questions, it’s a bit off putting and uncomfortable, they’re always there, don’t these guys work?! Other than that, great place.

Awesome place to go! Electronic music playing and some really flavorful juice! The inside is very modern and the staff was incredibly polite. Some shops are hesitant to let you try numerous different flavors. They are definitley not that way at Cloudhouse!

Great owner! Great vibe! Great location! Awesome selection of products and accessories! Their grand opening was a blast! Super cool staff took great care of us, and their tasting bar was amazing! The flavor menu exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Austin area for my vaping needs! This place rocks!

UPDATE: after talking with the owner, they have agreed to stop selling the off brand batteries! BRAVO for doing the right thing! ANY shop that cares so deeply about the safety of thier customers, deserves 5 stars and OUR BUSINESS!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: They sell low quality cheap batteries and fake equipment, and don’t even know it! The owner is clearly too rookie of a vapor to trust with new vapors. STAY AWAY!
