We offer a full range of hearing products and services such as hearing aids, fitting, repair, dispensing, diagnostics, ear cleaning’s, ear wax removal, hearing aid batteries, accessories, musicians ear plugs and custom hearing protection. Additionally, we service and repair all hearing aids in house.

History

Established in 2006.

The caring and attentive staff at Cook Hearing & Balance works hard to build lasting patient relationships. They are dedicated to finding the right solution for each patient, exhibit a passion for helping the hearing-​impaired, and prioritize educating the community about early detection, treatment and prevention of hearing loss.

Having worked for two of the leading hearing aid manufacturers as both a Territory Manager and a Consultant, the Owner, Lori Cook understands the technology behind the devices and the benefit that technological advances offer her patients.

Lori holds a nine-​year relationship with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. She is a member of the Texas Hearing Aid Association, the International Hearing Society and was elected as Treasurer for the Texas Hearing Association, Board of Directors in 2013.

Hi, I’m Lori Cook, Hearing Aid Specialist. For more than a decade, I’ve been helping residents of Cedar Park — residents just like you — reconnect to the joys of hearing again.

I love to help people get more out of life! When I’m not helping my clients reclaim their ability to understand everything that’s said to them, to get back into the conversation, and even to hear their grandchildren’s voices clearly for the first time, I’m out there in the community, doing what I love to do best: Help others. Whether I’m fitting a client with their first hearing aid, performing free hearing tests, volunteering at the senior circle at the hospital, or working with the local chapter of the Sertoma Club, I love making people’s lives better.

That’s why I’m so proud of the solutions we provide at Cook Hearing and Balance. Whether you’re experiencing buzzing or ringing in your ears, having trouble following conversations, or experiencing balance issues, we’ve got a simple solution.
