I never rank a business 5 out of 5, but these guys deserve it. My car was repaired in no time. The staff was very nice and had excellent communication with me. When I called ahead of time they really made it an effort to want to help me and service my vehicle and I like that.
If I ever need body service done again on my Acura– I’m going straight here!

I do not recommend the David McDavid Collision Center. The runaround and inconsistencies my fiancé has been told by this body shop are numerous. I am sad that the David McDavid name is tied to this shop. We loved buying our car from David McDavid and find the team there great, but the Collision Center is unable to keep their stories straight or fix a seemingly minor repair in a reasonable amount of time.
To make matters worse — they have dragged this out for so long that we have been without our car for nearly a whole month. Please message me if you would like further details, but I would NEVER and will NEVER use this shop again.

I was involved in a minor fender bender when I was sitting in a drive through and someone hit me from behind. The damages were minor but needed to be fixed as my vehicle did not have a scratch on it prior to this. David McDavid Collision Center was helpful, prompt and did an excellent job at repairing my vehicle to my satisfaction. They were able to get me a rental car and made the process as painless as I believe anyone could. I like that this is a smaller, more one on one type shop that does not treat you like a number. They really make you understand that they care about you, looking at the safety of your vehicle after it has been involved in an accident and making sure that the correct parts are used on your vehicle not some pick and pull scrap parts that other repair facilities use. Don’t let the name fool you they don’t just work on Acura’s. If the need arises I would definitely use them again.

This was my second encounter with David McDavid’s Collision Center. A year ago, another car hit me as it swerved to avoid hitting a dog in the roadway. My car was repaired as expected. This time, a bus backed into my car — since I was a satisfied customer, I went back to David McDavid’s. A miscommunication of no fault of David McDavid’s resulted in a fair amount of inconvenience for me. The manager, Michael Chandler, was outstanding in his approach to my situation. He accepted responsibility and was apologetic (though the problem was not his faultl). He personallly gave me a ride to the car rental and alerted their staff to my situation. Finally, he provided extra attention and service to my car based on my incovenience. OUTSTANDING and far beyond my expectations. Plus, my car has never looked better. Thank you Michael and staff! You’re the best!

I was rear ended recently and never even thought of taking my car to any place but David McDavid. This is the fourth car that they have repaired for me (I promise they were not all my fault!) and each time they have been prompt, professional, and the work is top notch.

I hit a deer in November and these guys got me in a rental car and back home in no time! The work on my car was sound and with honest to goodness Honda parts. No rip-​offs or scams here.
The office staff is very professional and caring. I have had a headlight jiggle loose x2 (NOTHING MAJOR!) and both times I drove right there and they fixed my issues on the spot. NO CHARGE!
Their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. The courtesy, honesty and genuine professionalism of this company is far beyond any repair facility I’ve ever encountered. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! McDavid is where you want to take your car! You’ll be glad you did!
