Business cards: fast delivery, ok quality
T-​shirts: fast delivery, wrong product — they were supposed to be tag-​less but when we brought it up, the answer was «I don’t remember you asking for that».
Tailgate sign: they took forever to show design and when they finally did, it looked like something a middle school kid could do in a intro to design class. So, after many revisions (and many frustrated looks coming our way from Zira) we agreed on a design. We leave the tailgate for the sign to be placed and, when we pick it up, we see that the paint had been chipped when they inefficiently removed the letters. A decent business would have offered some sort of remedy for a damage they caused, not this business, they asked for full payment.
Needless to say, we will never be doing business with them again.

The owner and staff at Effective Sign Solutions are helpful and always go the extra mile to make customers happy. They have been generous with advice for custom printing materials and never disappoint. I highly recommend this company for any sign, printing, screen printing or embroidery work – they do it all and they do it well!

Nothing but really bad work from this woman we got some work done by this person and it took her 3 times not mentioning time forever to get it and still did not get it right we finally got tired and decided to keep her poorly work and go elsewhere, We will not ever work whit this woman ever again and totally Do Not recommend go elsewhere if u want something done right.

I had been using Effective Sign Solutions for the last 2 years for my business. This last time I used them for a vehicle wrap, and it was the last straw for me!
1.) I was quoted between $ 2200 to $ 2500 for the wrap I showed them, they gave me a bill over $ 2500
2.) I was quoted 2 – 3 days to have my van back, it took a total of 18days over two different visits (first time was 10days and second time was 8days)
After getting the van back the second time, the wrap still wasn’t very good, so I told the owner that I still wasn’t happy with the job I recieved, and she told me she could try to fix it again for the third time or give me a discount. I choose the discount (which only brought the price back down to $ 2500) because I was afraid she was going to take my van off the road for longer then she had said. I am a owner/​operator with 1 van on the road, I can’t support my family if my van is not on the road working.
After using this company for 2 years I would have thought that things would not turn out like this, the sad thing is, the owner never once apologized for the bad quality of work that I recieved, she would just look at me like I was crazy.
I will NEVER give her my business again and would never refer another person to use her.

What an amazing team ! We have used them twice and can highly recommend them. They are creative, easy to work with and so fair in the price !!!
First we needed our shirts embroidered and they did a perfect job ! They matched exactly the letter type and everything we requested, nice and clean.
We were very happy with the results, so we came back a month later when we had an emergency. We needed 15 signs that needed to be creative for a huge trade show… we had only 24 hours to get this done. We took two emergency vehicles to get done here with vinyl lettering. The turnaround time and installation was great. The staff here assisted us with questions about the application, installation, and overall care of the vinyl. We will be getting the rest of our vehicles done here in the future.

We have used this company 2 times. The first time she lost one of our shirts. Why we used her again, i have no idea. This time, she messed up one of our $ 40 shirts by overlapping print and then blamed the shirt, saying it was «irregular». Never even as much as an apology and no discount. The shirt was very important, and its too late to get another here in time for the event. Will not use again.

Zira is great to work with. Very easy going and has lots of suggestions to help my business with all of our marketing materials. She is always available and works quickly to get the job finished. Her prices are very reasonable and quality is top notch!
