I had an appointment with Tim Kenner today to review my taxes. This was my first time doing my taxes and he made the process simple! He was very kind, and called me prior to confirm my appointment and let me know everything I needed to bring with me. Taxes are not enjoyable doing, so having such a nice person to help me was very welcoming and appreciated!

went here for the first year ever for taxes. the woman helping me was less than helpful. i was charged $ 300 for her asking me a few questions and entering a few numbers. i have a pretty easy return, minus the fact that i was self employees this past year, so i figured i could use a little guidance. i literally wasted $ 300 for her to do them. i was expecting some advice and helpful tips, and some explanations on different deductions. instead i was talked to like i knew the language of taxes and 30 mins later charged an insane fee for it. really disappointed and will not be going back next year. complete waste of time and certainly a waste of money
