Harmony Health Center

Does anyone know if this place is still open? I purchased a 3 pack of colonics tried to call and schedule my 2^nd one this morning and it says the number is out of service? I live in killeen so that’s a lot of driving just to check. Please advise hope I didnt get ripped off!!! Ughhh

I made the mistake of signing up for the monthly membership. I found it impossible to get an appointment. I called every week for six weeks, I spoke to every single person on staff they all promised to call me back to get me scheduled. No one called me back. Then when the owner finally gave a me a date and time I called the day before to confirm. The person I was scheduled with was out of town. I live in Austin they are located in Cedar Park. If I hadn’t called I would have driven 20 minutes just to be told I didn’t have an appointment. The owner was not at all apologetic about this. He simply again promised to call back to «reschedule» me. He never called back. This haphazard way of running their business doesn’t stop there. I of course decided to cancel my monthly membership. I informed every single staff member that I wished to cancel including the owner on multiple occasions. They did not and my card was charged again. When I informed the owner of this he said he would refund my card. He did not. I finally canceled my debit card to avoid future charges. However, I am still out 180 dollars for services I will never receive.

My honeymoon is coming up in 6 weeks and my husband and I had our first consult at Harmony Health Center. We specifically came to this location for the Ideal Protein diet plan they offer. A friend has had amazing success and incredible results from this diet.
The Center is very clean and smells like the oils from a spa. You feel healthier just walking inside. Anthony was the rep that consulted with us. He was extremely informative and willing to help initiate us into the plan. It seems as if the weekly check-​ins and free consults are a huge bonus to this plan.
Initiation includes a little more than a week of food, the first few months of supplements, your personal measurements/​data, entry into the Ideal Protein system and consults for the life of your plan. After spreadsheeting it out, the meal plan is about a wash to what we spend at the grocery store each month.

I would love to actually review the services… but i never even got that far. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased their Groupon and was really looking forward to going in. I figured it would be a great way to kick off a food lifestyle change. I called the week before the week i was intending to go in as I had vacation scheduled and made the mistake (in hindsight) of mentioning the Groupon. The guys attitude immediately changed. It went from «How may I help you, when would you like to come in?» to «I will have to call you back after i look at next weeks schedule and see if I have anything available.» I never recieved a call back. I left 2 messages the following Monday and Tuesday and got a call back on Wednesday at 11:50 am alerting me of a 2:00 pm cancellation if I wanted it. What? Horrible way to do business. I called back and explained (to the answering machine of course) that it was too last minute and that i would still like to come in that Thursday or Friday of my vacation… nothing…still nothing. The worst part of this Groupon is that i’m stuck with it. I cannot get a refund. My only option is to gift it to someone else… really? There is no one I care for so little as to expect them to deal with this serious lack of professionalism. The funny part is that service is for colonic therapy… I would need it to deal with the BS from this place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have since decided to dispute this charge with my bank and to file a formal complaint with Groupon.

Over the past year, I have felt absolutely terrible in every way: physically, mentally, and even spiritually. Little did I know I had a classic case of Candida overgrowth. I found Anthony and Harmony Health Center, did their 10 day cleanse with 7 colonics, and I am AMAZED at the results! Almost all of my scalp psoriasis disappeared, my nails became strong again, my acne was almost gone, my bloat disappeared, and I could think clearly again. There is no doubt that cleaning your gut is THE answer and the very first thing you should do to regain your health. Anthony and the rest of the staff are so down to earth, friendly, professional, and willing to help/​work with you. Not to mention they are extremely knowledgeable. He’s a no b.s. kind of guy, which made me comfortable investing in their services. Many thanks and God bless to Harmony Health!

I wanted badly to have good things to say here, but follow up to initial care failed over and over and over again. I had a hair analysis done with the promise of results in 10 days. No call back. I called them, was told the results hadn’t come and would take 2 weeks instead. Four weeks later, still no results.
Finally, Anthony accepted fault and said the results had been lost in his paperwork shuffle. He apologized and requested another copy from the lab. He promised a refund and going over the results for free. Refund never showed. The only time I ever saw action from this office was walking in and staying until I got results.
Still waiting for proof a refund was sent to the charged card from a service unrendered two and a half months ago. Guess I’ll have to plan another day to camp out in their office. Difficult to do because they are not consistently open.
Again, I REALLY wish I could recommend them. Really truly do. I believe in this sort of health care and the people there are kind. However, they DO NOT follow up appropriately to at all have health center as part of their name.
It was a bait and switch for me. Not cool at all.

Each time I visit Harmony Health, I leave feeling refreshed and motivated to continue living a healthier lifestyle. Aside from the colon hydrotherapy, they sell supplements and organic products to help you on your holistic health journey. I highly recommend Pachamama and Mag07 if you’re looking to flush the bad stuff inbetween colonics. Those two products work wonders and have helped tremendously with irregularity. Anthony and his staff are awesome!

Angela was really great! The office environment is very Zen. I had a good colonic and lost an inch on my waist. I will be back.
