Getting my second treatment after a major fall. The appt process was handled for me the first time… hassle free. My follow up was scheduled but I had and opportunity to make it sooner and they accommodated me with no problems.
The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly and attentive. Gotta love the 80’s music flashbacks that plays in the therapy room

Scott, Cole, Dr Neblett, and the rest of the staff are a very professional, accommodating, and just a great group! Its very hard for me to get in with my work schedule and the always manage to fit my needs. I really enjoy these guys, even though getting snapped freaks me out. … highly recommended!

My experience with this particular Kapner clinic is a pretty good one. Doctor Neblett seems very attentive to my issues and also ask about how his staff is performing, which is an indication that he cares about his practice and also the customer experience. His expertise is so far the best and I have been to three other chiropractors. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Cedar Park office! I had never been to the Chiropractor before, Dr. Neblett and the staff explained everything to me. I had some ribs out of place that was causing me to be in a lot of pain and Dr. Neblett fixed me right up! I do not have the sever pain like I was having! They are VERY reasonably priced and so friendly! I will for sure be going back!

I wanted to update my original review because it really is tied to Dr. Neblett and he is now based at this location. I saw Dr. Neblett for over a year to help keep me «ironed out» and whenever I hear of anyone in need of relief I recommend him. So, here is what I had to say and it still holds up today.
«I have been seeing Dr. Neblett in the S. Lamar location for a little over a month now for a bad herniated disc which is protruding on my sciatic nerve. When I first went to visit him on March 4, 2009 I was in INTENSE pain and couldn’t sit, stand or walk for more than a few feet without savage repercussions. My fiancé almost had to carry me into his office. I feel comfortable saying that Dr. Neblett has changed my life. He was the only one of 3 doctors who took action and sent me to get an MRI and then started me on the path to being „myself“ again.
Dr. Neblett is one of those rare doctors who will listen to you, work with your needs and has complete empathy with what you are going through. After a bad chiropractic experience elsewhere years ago, I feel confident singing his praises to the whole world.
The staff at Kapsner is incredible as well. By my 2^nd visit they were calling me by name and doing everything they could to make me comfortable. I look forward to the days when I have an appointment.
When I think back to the way I almost crawled into Kapsner Chiropractic weeks ago and how I am feeling now, I am amazed. I barely even limp now and my range of motion is close to being back to normal.

Dr. Tom Neblett is one of the very best chiropractors that I have ever encountered. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and really listens when I am describing my issues. Dr. Neblett is thorough and continues checking and adjusting from head to toe, even if my discomfort is localized. He’s very intuitive in finding root causes — even if the actual pain is in another place, he can track down the source. I gain a sense of balance after an adjustment with Dr. Neblett that I really appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Neblett at Kapsner in Cedar Park /​Leander to my fellow ‘Yelpers.’
