Established in 1988.

Low Price Auto Glass started out as a family owned and operated glass service center, opening our first location in Southern California in 1988. We began opening up locations across the Northern, Central and Southern parts of California successfully. Currently we have approximately 200 Storefront locations across the West Coast, Midwest and Southern parts of the United States. There are also Sister locations in Canada. I had reservations about their pricing because it seemed too good, but I tried them based on a friend’s referral. It’s now four months later and the work is still solid and good. Since they did the windshields for both my car and my wife’s car I can give them TWO thumbs up.

These guys were great. I had a very small nick in my windshield that was starting to spider. They had it fixed and pretty much invisible in under 10-​minutes. And they squeezed me in immediately. I am very impressed and will recommend!

Excellent, fast service! I purchased a groupon for the windshield chip repair ($ 32 if I recall correctly, great deal). I called ahead just in case, but Kevian said there was no need for an appointment and to just come in at any time. I arrived around 11 am on a Wednesday, I was greeted promptly, and I was out the door and back in my car within 20 minutes. The chip repair seems to be doing the job correctly, it doesn’t appear that I have to worry about the chip spreading anymore. If I ever have any more auto glass issues, I doubt I’ll go to anyone else but LPAG of Cedar Park. The premises were very clean. I could hear some quotes being given on other people’s window glass while in the waiting room, and since I work in auto insurance claims, I can tell what a good price is on auto glass. The prices I overheard were much less expensive than normal. 5 stars!

Excellent service! Had to replace the entire windshield after a crack developed from a rock hit. They did a great job… fast, clean and reasonable. Plus, they carefully transferred all the stickers to the new windshield. Highly recommend.

Okay, I called because I needed my front driver window replaced because I thought it shattered on its own somehow when I lowered, then raised my window. I could hear what I thought was broken glass grinding afterward and my window would not raise up anymore. I used their online quote section and the owner, Kevian, emailed back promptly with a quote. The quote was about half the cost of Safelite. They went through the trouble of getting the window from the warehouse and had it waiting for me when I got there today. I noted that the premises were secure, well kept, professional, and inviting in appearance. Some shops are not and they make you think twice about going in or wanting to do business with them.
But during the process of taking my door panel apart, they discovered that my window was not actually shattered! The regulator was broken and what I heard grinding were wires, not glass. They promptly began looking for a new regulator for my car and located one at a dealer nearby. They installed it at a fair price and I was back up and running again!
They could have told me to come back tomorrow, but they didn’t. Hat’s off to them for going the extra mile to track down the part while I was there waiting. The customer service was friendly and they kept me informed. I sat comfortably in their waiting room watching TV while I waited.
They offer a one year warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on their labor so they appear to stand behind their business.

Excellent responsive service. Called them at 9:30am and by 11am I was driving away with a perfectly installed new windshield. The name of the company is no joke. My windshield was $ 110 cheaper than Safelight and comes with a better warranty and free chip repair. It’s worth the drive for anybody. I highly recommend doing business with this company and its owner. 5 stars

1 word, AWESOME!!! I had a window broken while at the mall and called my insurance company. The deductible of course was more then the repair so they suggested safelight and even got them
On the phone with me. They wanted $ 318.00 to change the door glass. I made 1 call and found LPAG. The were over $ 100.00 cheaper then safelight and had me in same day!!! Safelight could not get me in for a week. The waiting room was great, Servixe was excellent! Highly recommend this company for all of you automotive glass needs.

Windshield took a nasty blow last night resulting in 2 deep bulls-​eyes close together. Called LPAG and took it in this AM. Brent looked at it, said we could try the fix and also gave me a good quote on a replacement if it did not hold. After doing the repair, he explained what he did and said he believed it would not run but if we did need replaced down the road he would honor the good quote he gave.

Well. I’m disappointed.
The customer service was excellent.
The price was even better, until the whole «get what you pay for» bit me in the ass. Again.
My windshield was poorly replaced. There are new gaps, and the seal is all wrong. My inspection sticker looks like it’s been through the shredder.
Maybe I should give them the opportunity to fix it before posting this, but no. It should have been done correctly the first time around.

I was referred to this place by my dental hygienist when I told her that my driver’s side window fell off track. I called a few other places first but this place really was the cheapest. When I called, they were very friendly and professional. They didn’t have the part for my window on hand but they were able to get the part in 45 minutes! No one has ever gotten a part for any car I’ve had fixed in 45 minutes. I brought my car in and they had my window fixed in about an hour! They also have a warranty on their labor. Best price and best customer service I have had in a very long time. We are impressed and my husband will be back for his windshield replacement and tinting. Thank you LPAG

Had my car broken into and my purse stolen over the weekend (UGH!) at a parking lot while I was running on the trail, and I took my car to LPAG to have them replace the passenger side window. They were one of the only ones who answered the call quickly on a Saturday, and when I arrived, the service was prompt and friendly. Brent, who was at the desk, even offered me some of his raw almonds and donuts so I could have a post-​run snack, which I needed since I ran 10 miles that day, but could not purchase myself because of the stolen purse. At around 10ish AM on a Saturday, my wait was only about 30 minutes — it was quick and painless. They even accommodated my lack of cash by calling my husband for the credit card number. The only thing I’d say is that I found a few more pieces of glass that they missed later, but I think that would happen no matter where I went. The glass was shattered into a million pieces so I guess it’s not bad if they missed only four little ones.

Big, long crack in the windshield of my Nissan Altima. No fun! So I went to the new location just off of Anderson Mill Road and was very pleased with the customer service, price and overall experience. Price was amazing!!! Beat out all the others!

LPAG replaced the drivers side window in my Mazda Miata after my car was vandalized. I first had it replaced by another small shop I found on Angie’s list, but the window never sat in there right, and eventually chipped. LPAG replaced the glass the same day with a higher quality window, and fixed the alignment problem. I’ll definitely be back when I need auto glass again.

I used LPAG to replace my son’s windshield in his Nissan Altima. It was done at a great price with factory standards glass and was done quickly. I couldn’t ask for any better service or product. I have had cheaper glass installed by others and I saw what I got for that which was glass so distorted I had trouble seeing thru it. I’ll never do that again. Thank you LPAG. Try them
