When it’s time to sell or purchase a house, you NEED a great realtor. That is exactly what you’ll get with Michael and Shelly! They made the process of selling my parents house a breeze. They basically walked me through the whole process from cleaning the house to signing the paperwork. Not only did they make great suggestions of how to improve the value of my house, but when corrections needed to be made they called the contractors, helped with appointments, and minimized my time away from work. I shudder when I think of what would have happened if I tried a fraction of this process on my own.
That’s all the technical help. The cherry on top are their personalities. They are two of the nicest people you’ll meet. Despite this, if they thought we were getting a bad deal, they would tell us so and firmly decline the offers. They were both our friends and our advocates.
