DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH POWERSPORT SUPERSTORE.
This place has very bad customers service and owe me $ 435 and they can’t refund me cause they can’t find my invoice. I wish I would’ve looked them on Unilocal before I did business with them. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE.
I did find what they could not mail me cause I live in California and that’s good but refund me my money. I got my part n $ 30 cheaper n also from Texes.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would! I ordered a set of aftermarket lens covers. One side fit fine the other did not and allowed water/​condensation in, which I didn’t notice till a week after installing. I figured no problem… I’ll get it replaced because I just got these less then a month! Well this horrible company say not our problem you gotta go to the manufacturer to get your problem resolved. What kind of craptacular product backing you have and horrible customer service and support!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Paid $ 65 for an order… half a month goes by… mind you I live in the same state as the company .and finally i get tired of waiting so I email them. they say USPS lost my package (no tracking #?) And they refunded me even though I simply wanted my order still. They said i had to go place the order again. so I go online. what do you know… sold out of the items i bought (paid for) and their sale was over.
Now Im mad. so I call.
Whoever emails customers lied to me bc the guy on the phone said they never shipped it.. Fuck this place. Dont even waste your time or money.

Here goes I order a valve kit for my teryx «intake» I received it fairly timely however it wasn’t intake it was exhaust I emailed them back and forth about this. they said they wanted pictures. I said pictures of what. There valves you can’t tell by a pic that there the wrong size. So after a number of attempted calls. I finally got talk to what I thought was a human. WHAT A JOKE they sounded like they are on drugs or inbreed all three of the people I talked too. Long and short I lost almost three hundred dollars to those people never got my money never got the right valves nothing. And as far as Amazon they did nothing. My side of the story I said to these people all I wanted was the right part that’s it what I paid for. Nope nothing the last I blew up on the phone they said to there going to business with. Wtf so I pay you, you get your parts back and I get nothing just out of three hundred dollars. As far as anyone that has problem with these excuse of human life from powersports
Superstore. You can put a complaint with better business bureau and leave comments email eat. And facebook. I hope to see them out of this industry and back to inbreeding.

These guys are a joke. Ordered something, which they said they said they shipped by Priority mail with no tracking number.
When I contacted several days later, to ask if they HAD a tracking number, was told no, but miraculously they somehow managed to «contact the USPS and determine my package was lost or damaged». Just how can they do that if there is no tracking info? Simple. They lied.
They said they’re issuing a refund (which they DID start) and I would have to go to Amazon and order another one. Problem is, now the item is more expensive and a) they wouldn’t adjust the price to compensate and b) I don’t trust these guys as far as I could throw them.
I vaguely remember dealing with these guys 3 years ago, and after trying to escalate to the General Manager, he suggested we meet in his parking lot to settle the dispute.
LOL, now THAT’s customer service.

Wow these guys are really bad. I should have checked Unilocal before I ordered from them.
They guys send my jacket out even though I had cancelled my order on Amazon. and it took much longer than the stated delivery too!
When I called to return it they expected ME to pay for return shipping. I told them WHAT? YOU SENT THE ITEM EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED IT BEFORE YOU SENT IT AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
They told me the managers name was Jason but they wouldn’t tell me when he worked. They just acted like jerks. I called three times and 3 times I was treated to a horrible experience each time. Matthew, Kyle, and Tanner all were worthless customer service. And Matthew hung up on me because it was 5pm… really I looked over and it was 5pm!
If you screw up an order DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND PAY FOR THE ORDER TO BE SHIPPED BACK SO that I don;t have to contact my credit card company and leave Unilocal and amazon reviews. They are just wasting my time. I will be getting my money back no matter what.
I’m also going to leave a review on amazon directing other people to Unilocal.
I now see a positive review from someone named Jason on here — i wonder if he is the same Jason that works at the store. I’m assuming all the positive reviews are from employees…
Further, this jacket feels cheaper than the one I tried on at cycle gear. It might be a chinese fake
If they were smart they would have just given me an $ 8 return shipping label. But I don’t think smart is what we’re are dealing with here. I’m sure my negative reviews are going to cost them more than $ 8 for years to come. Edjumancation has its benefits.

Powersport Superstore is a bunch of scammers! I was looking for a windshield for my dad’s VLX 6o0. I found one on
from Powersport Superstore. The listing showed a higher-​end fairing style windshield, but when I ordered it, they sent me a tiny, dinky little piece of junk that does not even some-​what resemble the product in the picture.
I emailed their customer service, and I got a hold of a guy named Matt D. Matt proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not already knowing what the product actually looked like. He lied and said that the manufacturer only provided one image for the their whole line of windshields – which I easily refuted by looking up the model of windshield that I received. And he said that the image was for reference only, and that it was not supposed to actually represent the product.
Reviewing the ad, I found absolutely no disclosure that the image did not show the actual product.
Powersport Superstore refused to change their misleading ad, so it’s still out there, likely among countless others. They are obviously purposely misleading their customers, knowing that only a handful will take the effort to return the less desirable product. They are simple crooks!

I was pleased to see that this store was in my backyard when I ordered from them through Amazon. I contacted them for help and they were terrific. Would like to visit them some day in person; but in the meantime, they are great to have available as source for my motorcycle.

Ordered $ 350 exhaust pipes, paid for 3 day shipping, it’s been over a week, they drill haven’t processed my order. Takes to a customer service supervisor named Matthew. He was horrible, no resolution was found, constantly lied to me, and treated me like a fool. Here is our email countenance.
He also refused to provide me with his superiors information.
The store is shady, do not deal with them!

2. Fill it out completely
3. Sign the form.
4. Provide a photo copy of both your ID and credit card, however you can block out the first
twelve digits of your credit card so it does not compromise your information.
Scan the signed form, your credit card front and back, and photo identification matching the credit card, and send it back to us via email or fax to us at US (512)-532−6180.
When we get this information back we will be able to ship your order to the specified shipping address!
