This is another one of those reviews where you think you did it FOREVER ago, only to see you didn’t. So this is long overdue!
Greg has been doing our houses (we’ve moved more then I care to remember) the last few years. He is always there when he says he will be, charges a fair price and I trust him completely. When we were buying our latest house, the termite guy (who my inspector had brought along, I had no idea Greg even did termite inspections. he does) totally screwed us by checking a wrong box. Of course this wasn’t caught until we were down to the end and the other pest guy wasn’t willing to help. Fly in Greg to save the day! He came out right away and did a new termite inspection for us for a much better price then our inspector charged us. He continues to spray our house every few months and will spot treat if I find any creepy crawlies in between (which rarely happens)
If you are looking for a small family business that is honest and reliable, don’t search any further. Greg is your man!

We had a rodent «issue» about two years ago and our current pesticide provider couldn’t come out until the following day and the cost was going to be larger than we were comfortable with.
We called around and R&R was the only one that would come out immediately. He was fast, reasonable, knowledgeable and lives in Cedar Park. It was a no brainer; we changed providers immediately.
Since then, we’ve used R&R for all our needs and it’s easy and convenient. Oh! And we have had no more «issues.»

Greg was:
A. Responsive. Quickly replied to inquiry emails and accommodating around our schedules for treatment.
B. Effective. Was able to quickly identify and solve the issues that were causing our problem.
C. Friendly. Smiled when he showed up, allowed our dog to follow him around, and all around nice.
D. Well priced. We found his cost to be a good deal cheaper than some of the larger companies, with better communication and results.

Greg treats my home quarterly. He’s very honest, knowledgeable and prompt if I need any help outside of those treatments (which is rare). His pricing is also very good. I’ve found him to be half of what others cost when it comes to treating conducive conditions if you are needing a termite inspection for your loan during a real estate transaction.

I’ve been using Greg for a few years. I’ve used him for scorpions, squirrels, rats, mice and ants. He does a good job at a fair price and I trust him. I think that is important when someone is coming inside your house. He’s local, a mom & pop operation. I think he knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with pests. I was very pleased with the service I received from Greg at R&R. He was recommended to my by a coworker and was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly. We had a carpenter ant infestation and he sprayed the perimeter of the house, inside and out, for about $ 40 less than any other contractor we contacted. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was very pleasant to work with. Hopefully the ants will stay away for a long time, but if they don’t I’ll certainly be calling Greg for another follow up treatment.
