Hands down best chiropractors I have ever experienced! Both Dr. Pat and Dr. Dani are amazing! I have been under chiropractic care for the last 18 years, sure it helped, but never would I say I was fixed. I always had some part of my back bothering me, using chiropractic to make things feel a little better, but it would always return. Not the case with Symmetry!!! Dr. Pat has totally been able to fix all my ailments, making me better than ever before. I occasionally come in for a tune up, but it’s few and far between. I can not stress how much I highly recommend this place! If you are serious about your health, and want to change your life for the better, make an appointment today! I have sent many of my friends to this office, and everyone feels like Symmetry has improved their overall health and well being. Changed my life! I was in such severe pain before seeing Dr. Lin I could barely sit. Now I am able to get back to daily life and feel so much better! Dr. Pat is a miracle worker! I have suffered from back and neck pain for many years. Due to prior bad experiences with traditional chiropractors, I was very hesitant to try NUCCA. When my pain became unbearable after an injury to my ankle, I decided I would give it a try. In my very first session with Dr. Pat, he took x-​rays of my neck and spine and explained to me how NUCCA works. The technique primarily focuses on adjusting your atlas (the top vertebrae of your spine). If this bone is not in the correct position, messages aren’t going to travel properly from the brain to the rest of the body, or from the body back up to the brain. This phenomenon is known as nerve interference and it can show up in many different ways throughout our bodies.
When this gentle adjustment is made, body balance is restored.
The instant relief I felt from this adjustment was unbelievable. It is such a gentle process that you almost don’t feel anything. When I stood up, I was shocked and amazed. I hadn’t felt that good in years. I almost cried from the instant relief!
After seeing Dr Pat for 6 months, I am happy to report my neck vertebrae has corrected over 20 degrees, and the tension in my lower back is almost completely gone. I started seeing Dr. Pat when I was about 3 months pregnant. I am an avid boot camp enthusiast, but with my hormones doing crazy things to my ligaments, my back started hurting. He was able to get me straightened right out, but that’s not the best part. He also took the time to work with me to strengthen my supporting muscles and ligaments (IT band was tight). Now I’m seeing them monthly through the rest of my pregnancy to keep things where they should be and he’s been able to monitor and work out any tightness in my other supporting ligaments and keep me active. I still do boot camp a couple times a week and I’m in my 3^rd trimester now (full disclosure — I do modify most things, I’m not crazy!).

I have suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years from an SI joint fusion. Over the past two years, I have had significant neck pain and lack of mobility as well, due to a reverse curvature of my neck/​thoracic spine. I guess I have been doing too much knitting, computer work and reading in bed! I was really feeling like I was running out of options, and did NOT want to resort to surgery. I had used a chiropractor before, but with my neck messed up, was really afraid to do a bunch of «cracking and popping» if you know what I mean. Thank goodness I found Symmetry Health!

), which is so gentle, and doesn’t involve any harsh adjustments. I was shocked at how easy and painless it is! This husband and wife team are so professional, and their office staff are wonderful too. If you are in need of non-​invasive, therapeutic healing, I highly recommend them! I am already feeling better after just a few months of treatments. I was skeptical that something so gentle could make a difference, but it is! They also spend a lot of effort and time finding ways to give back to the community, which means a lot to me. Although I live in Pflugerville, it is well worth the 30 minute drive to get the best chiropractic care in the Austin area!

I went in after having headaches for a long time and eventually migraines. After seeing Dr. Dani just 1 time, I have had no headaches! My husband started coming in because he stands for long hours at work and has foot, leg, and low back pain. Dr. Dani and Dr. Pat have helped him be able to work with so many less issues and come home feeling better after a long night at work. They even adjust my 4yr old.
