Tan It All

This «company» has been illegally drafting from my account for years now. I went in to cancel and they somehow lost the proper paperwork. I did not know that the draft was from them as I ended up with a new tanning place at their former location down south. New owners but I thought that maybe they still drafted from the Tan It All name.
I have not set foot in their «business» in years, yet they played dumb and never sent me an email, phone call, update or anything… leading me to be in the dark on their continuous drafting from my account.
$ 538 dollars later, I am now finding this out as I’m living in a new country. I had closed all my drafting accounts in Austin and their name came up the other day. I looked at the history in my bank statement and they had been charging $ 31 every month since October 2014, the month I went in to unfreeze my account so that I could cancel. All because they can’t train their staff correctly, they are now calling on me to have the paperwork needed. I signed and made a phone call to make sure it was cancelled.
They are now saying that they don’t have the paperwork on file and if the paperwork was processed, I should have it. Yeah, I sure did keep some junk paperwork from a tanning place all these years later. In fact, I brought it to my new home in Argentina! (Screaming sarcasm)
The moral of the story here is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! I am now having to contact a lawyer, file a claim with my bank and with my credit card company. I’m having to do this all from another country because I had no idea they were stealing money from me before I left Austin, FOR YEARS!
THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU TOO, BEWARE!!!

This location has both the old and the new versas and I gotta say I wasn’t very impressed with the old one. The color wasn’t the problem, it was the machine itself that didn’t dry you like the new one does and that is not pleasant when it cold!
I was very skeptical of a machine spray as I’ve always done airbrush — but I guess technology has advanced and the new one delivers a very clean crisp color.
I didn’t get to try the other gazillion options it has — maybe next time.

I have been going to Tan It All in Cedar Park for years, the staff is so friendly, makes it a pleasure to go there.

Coming back to tan it all after 4 years or so they still had my info so I thought it was meant to be my new spot for my yearly pre summer glow. I ended up signing on a membership cuz I knew I’d blow thru the credits pretty fast. The staff is awesome! They all are very knowledgeable on their beds and give great advice on utilizing your credits/​program to get a nice glow. Everyone is super friendly and wiling to answer any questions or concerns. The overall cleanliness of really nice. Although I’ve only done they tanning beds and not the sunless these ladies know their products and aren’t pushy trying to sell you anything. I’ve loved my experience back here!

I’ve been going to this location for my tanning needs for my shows and shoots for 3 years now, and I love the girls here! Briana Bromley is always fantastic! I’m always greeted right away with a smile and warm personality. Excellent service with a can-​do attitude.

Girls are always super friendly and the beds are always ready and clean when I arrive. Versa tan is also the best there!

Friendly receptionist/​airbrusher. She was fast, friendly and thorough with the coverage. Would definitely go again when the need arises.
Facilities looked clean but I did not use any of the beds so not sure about those.

I had a great experience… I always tan and then spray tan… it is always clean and everyone willing to answer questions. I took my mom in with me. and Hana took time to show her all of the different packages and products. She cares about her customers and that’s a nice feeling because so many tanning salons it’s like we’re a number… and your just pushed through. .but here they are very helpful and always so nice. I would highly recommend!!! Thanks Hana!!!

I have been a customer at Tan It All since 2008. I’ve always been treated so great by the staff here. The facility is always clean and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with billing or with getting a bed I chose. Love how they open early and always have the same smiling, friendly staff. I miss Erin and Jenny the old managers, but with Ashley as new manager, she is a great, friendly addition. I will always keep coming back and highly recommend this place of business.

Tan It All in Cedar Park is great! I am attending a destination wedding in the middle of winter, so wanted to get some base color before I left. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly every time I stopped by. I don’t usually tan, but highly recommend this place. They also have a Versa option for the spray tan fans.

This place is awesome, salon is clean, employees friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

I actually really love this location! It has a million windows which makes the whole place super bright, and happy feeling! The staff are so sweet, I wouldn’t want to get water on them, for fear they’ll melt! I especially love the staff member Rachel! She’s always so happy! This Tan It All is probably the cleanest in Cedar park that I’ve been to. Me and all my friends come here because they have the nicest beds! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This place is filthy. I am have tanned /​spray tanned for a long time and was shocked by how gross this place was. I understand the versa spa is a mist and basically coats the whole room which results in discoloration of the walls/​doors or even the vents but this is just plan gross. No where have I ever spray tanned before is like this. Just walking in the room is disgusting. On top of that the versa spa heater has been out for ever! supposedly the machine was fixed and it’s still broken. Each time I spray tan the bottoms of my feet are black. Which mean they do a horrible job of cleaning it between clinets. I have tanned at 4 other places that offer the versa spa and like I said before this place is just disgusting.

Havent been to thr Round Rock location or chain before but I will definitely go back., I love the spray tan and its safe– (come on people, your just plain DUMB to be doing the tanning booths!!) — the best part though was Mike– he was thorough in explaining everything to me and super nice !! Whoever the manager is should take note– what a great employee you have !!!

So today, Tan It All put a Groupon up for Versa Spa spray tanning. I have never gotten a spray tan but I am done tanning in booths so I thought I would give it a try. I arrived there at 4:30 but didn’t realize that it closed at 5. Normally when you walk in somewhere 30 minutes till closing, the staff will sometimes give you the cold shoulder. Not the case. I was greeted by Courtney and Jessica who both were courteous and knowledge about the spray tanning. I asked about a million questions and they were patient throughout the painstaking ordeal. They also offered their own experiences with Versa which was helpful. I was taken into the room and was shown exactly what to do when I stepped into the booth. Of course I panicked (while getting sprayed) and forgot to turn when I needed to. After I was done, I got dressed and went to the waiting area to ask what I could do about my mishap. Both girls were extremely sweet about it and offered to let me do it again so I could get the side of my body that I missed. I was almost shocked that they offered to let me go again. They could have easily said no or charged me for a second time. I stepped in really quickly and tanned the other side of my body. As I was leaving, I thanked them profusely and was super satisfied. I have two more spray tans that I paid for through Groupon so hopefully next time, I will get my ENTIRE body sprayed. Fingers crossed!
