I have received the moving services from Webster Co. for moving from 2 bed room apartment to a house and also they helped me to get some furniture for me from the furniture store in the same trip. Rich was so helpful and very accomodative for schedule.
Their services were exceptional. They even helped us in assembling the bed and dining table on delivery. We are satisfied with their moving services, we definitely recommend them.

Webster moving is friendly and comfortable to work with. Recommended by my aunt who also used them. Michael worked with me on dates I needed, was exact on his estimate, and answered all my questions. Rich and Joel were my movers and they are some of the fastest most efficient guys I’ve seen! A two story home loaded from San Antonio and moved in to Belton home in a single day, including disassembly and reassembly of beds. For just two guys thats totally impressive. They were kind and careful with my things and patient with my schedule. Not a single thing scratched or broken. Would use again and highly recommend.

John, Joel and Josh went above and beyond at both ends of a long move. Webster Moving is all about treating each customer and each piece of furniture with high quality of care. Three thumbs up for the three Js. And to think I found this group because of the competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Michael has helped us twice in the past 4 months. He is very professional and a nice person. In our first move, he provided tons of moving boxes of different sizes to meet our needs. He actually sent these boxes directly to our door. His crews were also very kind and helpful during the whole move.
I contacted him again a week ago after we found a TV console that we liked but didn’t think we could carry it home with us on our own. So I asked Michael to see if he could help. It turned out that he did an amazing job again. I told him that the move should take less than 30 minutes. Well, I was too optimistic. It took Costco guys more than 30 minutes to locate the item only because it was on the top of a shelf that was a few isles away, while they thought it was somewhere in the receiving area. But Michael was super patient, waiting outside Costco for that long. Then he helped loading the box into the trailer, unloading it in our living room, unboxing it, and setting it up, all on his own. He suggested putting some foot pads so that it wouldn’t scratch the wood floor. He even proposed to come back late to help me get the foot pads installed with no charge. Luckily, I found some left and saved his time for a second trip.
There was more. He reduced the cost by $ 10 after he did all these for me. My original request was to move this item to my living room, and it should be a 30-​minute job. In reality, it took him more than an hour (due to Costco guys looking for the item, which wasn’t his fault at all). Based on what I described, he definitely did more than I asked, but the cost was even lower. What a great man!
Anyway, I normally don’t give people 5-​star review. But I think he and his company deserve every single star. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help on moving in the future. In fact, I would update my company wiki as well to recommend him to my colleagues. Great job, Michael!

Webster and Co Moving is awesome! I called and was able to get a move started the same day! I own Total Restoration of Texas, an emergency mitigation and restoration service company here in Austin. Sometimes when we walk into a flooded home, the first thing we need to do is get our customer’s belongings out of the home and into a safe and dry place. The contents management company that we have been using is no longer offering services in Austin, so we have been doing some of this work ourselves. However, we had a loss a few days ago that was more than we wanted to tackle ourselves and realized we needed the professionals! Michael sent two clean cut, courteous young men to the job site within an hour of my call. Joel and Josh came prepared with boxes, paper and tape and got after it! The move ran into a second day because there were so many items to pack and move, but the guys were able to come back and handled everything professionally. I am looking forward to working with them on our next loss! Thanks!

Absoluetly the best moving experience I’ve ever had. If I was good with names, I’d tell you, but they were the 2 nicest guys and very professional. They knocked out my move in a hurry and were extremely careful handling my items. I highly recommend them if you need help moving.

Great moving company that has moved the family more than enough times. Today John and Josh were super peppy (especially for the morning) and really efficient. Not to mention they were both really kind. I would recommend using this company, especially since they have moved our grand piano multiple times and have never damaged it. They are just super!

I would definitely rate them as 6 stars if possible. Joel & Rich has shown up on time, after a quick tour, they’ve started the awesome moving service. We have 3 bedroom furniture as well as refrigerator, washer, dryer, patio table, book shelves, TV, TV stands, etc… several moving service company estimated the effort as 6 — 8 hours for 2 persons. However, Joel & Rich has used only 3.5 hours to finish the whole moving, including 15 mins on the way! That has given us a whole afternoon to enjoy the new house. From what I can tell, these two guys are really professional, 15 years moving experience!
When moving the refrigerator, they’ve found the top side is sticky coz it hasn’t been cleaned up for couple years! (Sorry about that Joel/​Rich, I didn’t realize it until you guys found it.)They’ve unloaded the refrigerator to the side, and let us clean it up before they moving it inside.
Forget to say, the quote is quite reasonable to me! I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Simply the best local movers available to you in the Austin area. I was referred to them from the management staff of the apartment I had moved to. Let’s just say that Webster Moving did not disappoint! and they surpassed all the expectations I had from an ideal mover.
It would be no surprise that I ended up using their service TWICE — once for a local move from within the Austin area and then 2 years later for a interstate move 1200 miles away. The local move was reasonably priced but the interstate one was the lowest among all other quotes — AND it included transporting our car! So, obviously, we did not have to research any further with other movers. Webster Moving is THE moving company in Austin.
The staff performed the loading and unloading with ease, generously using shrink-​wrap, blankets and tape to get everything padded and secure. Nothing major was cracked, broken or scratched in the long journey. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend using their services for your next move.

I selected Webster & Co for my local move from Unilocal reviews, and was not disappointed. They did a great job. Arrived when they said they would. Called beforehand so I was ready. Handled the furniture like it was there own. They were also helpful and respectful. Will definitely use them again, if I need to move.

After searching high and low for affordable movers, I stumbled across Webster & Co and I’m so glad that I did. Michael (the owner) and I spoke briefly over the phone and I followed up with an email listing all of my things. He emailed me back with a very fair price and we scheduled a date. I was a little nervous about scheduling movers for the same day that I needed to be out of my apartment, but Michael assured me that they only thing that would keep them from showing up is if a tornado blew their equipment from Cedar Park to Oklahoma. :-)
The two guys (Rich and Juan) who came to take my things from Austin to the Houston area were great! They called to let me know they were on the way, took an assessment of the inventory, and got to work.
There was a little mix-​up regarding the amount of stuff that I had. The work order didn’t include some things I listed in my quote and I had more stuff than I originally planned. Rich was very gracious in handling it and we landed at an updated price that was very reasonable.
My aunt and I have been unpacking everything and so far, all the fragile things are intact. I’m not sure when or if I’ll be returning to the Austin area, but if I do decide to come back, I know which moving company I’ll be using!

Amazing company! I called mid day on a Tuesday needing help unloading our 16 foot POD. They were friendly on the phone, easily accommodating, and priced very well. Within an hour, Josh was at our door. He was such a friendly and helpful guy. I couldn’t believe how fast he worked, from the time he arrived to the time he left was exactly 45 minutes. He never complained, never stopped working and he and my husband got that thing done, what would have taken myself and my husband an entire day within a short amount of time. He was lifting two heavy pieces, two at a time up stairs.
I really can’t thank y’all enough!

Awesome moving experience. Arrived on time and never quit working until the job was done, Juan and Joel were great. Had some tv damage, Michael the owner was quick to respond and fix the issue.

Moving just plain sucks. Even though my family and I were very excited for our move, moving day hectic and hot and exhausting. Webster & Co Movers was one of the bright spots in the day.
2 dudes loaded up what my family had amassed over 10 years in a house in brutal heat and humidity. They were upbeat, worked non-​stop, and were very cautious with many antiques and sentimental items. They kept us calm, had us singing along to Clutch, and made a crazy long day much more bearable.
Also! We moved over 50 miles away. Same day. From Round Rock to Bertram. No complaints. All work. Seriously, all work. Simply amazing. Other than the house we moved to, best money I spent all day that day was Webster & Co.
I don’t plan on ever moving again, but should something come up one of the first calls will be to Michael and his guys. Thanks again y’all!!!

The estimate started off great, and from there it was all bad. There is a serious lack of communication all around the board. Nothing is followed up on before or after the move, everything is dinged, scratched or scuffed (my front door, walls, dressers, table, refrigerator and washer/​dryer) because they don’t wrap anything correctly. When moving in the refrigerator they didn’t put any mats down in the kitchen to protect my hardwood floors, so needless to say those have wheel dents in them. Not to mention the disarray they let items in the house, and their own personal wrappers and cups. I surely won’t use this company again.

I loved the work ethic of the two guys that came. They handled my items with care. They didn’t complain about the amount of stairs they had to tackle with my MOST heaviest items.
I am a frequent mover (most recently 3 times in the past 3 years) and I’m so blessed to have met these guys. Ppl come to me for recommendations and I refer them EVERYTIME! I WILL be using them again.

Called 2 days before I needed movers. Had small 2 bedroom apt. Was given a 12:00 –2:00 arrival window and hey showed up right before 2:00.
They also had a team of 3 guys instead of 2. Score!
All the guys were very polite, careful and fast.
They had everything moved in a little over 2 hours.
All for about $ 300. (Plus I wanted to tip the guys)
I’d highly recommend!
