Just tried yoga for everybody with Veronica. Let me just say I feel very fortunate to have found her. She is a great teacher with a soft voice and very clear and precise directional skills.
She offers yoga classes just about everyday of the week, but I prefer flow yoga on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Just buy a 10 class punch card for $ 35 at the CPRC. It beats paying $ 15++ at a yoga studio.

Veronica is an awesome yoga instructor and has a friendly, encouraging teaching style! I have been taking her yoga class at the CP Rec Center for over a year now and love it. Classes are always full of great energy and nice people and she changes up the classes just enough to keep it interesting but not so much that you feel you’re starting from scratch each class. I really enjoy yoga with Veronica!

I have been attending yoga sessions taught by Veronica for nearly a year. I started with the beginner class at the Rec Center; it was the first time I had ever tried Yoga and I was hooked. Veronica is a really nice person and I appreciate her attitude and style with regards to Yoga. I now attend her Hatha classes and really enjoy it. I highly recommend checking out Veronica’s yoga classes.
