Frank is unorganized and not customer oriented. Frank stated Thursday of week one(the first phone call) that he would have an estimate for fallen trees at my house in Iowa to me by Monday of week 2. Tuesday morning week 2 I called the second time asking if he had a chance to quote the effort, he had no recollection of me and I had to explain my circumstance again. He said this time that he would call me in the evening with a quote. Still no phone call, so Tuesday night week 2 I called the third time, and he said he has been busy and didn’t get to it. I was unhappy, so I told him again that I live in California and I really would have appreciated if he would have done what he told me he would do, I am trying to do business from across the country. Frank responded that he probably wouldn’t get to the estimate until Monday week 3… Information I could have used on week 1, as our house closing is Friday week 2. I voiced this, Frank hollered to get somebody else to do the job, and then Frank hung up on me. Crap, Frank, crap.
