History

Established in 1988.

Opening their doors in 1988, Garnett Place featured independent living apartments, as well as town homes. In 1996, the community was expanded to include assisted living apartments. In 2013, renovations began on the independent living building, including complete apartment remodels and a new entrance/​lobby, dining area and deck.
