Came here because of previous reviews and in need of a refill and a pedi… Was not disappointed! Although they were busy, the staff were very nice and totally optimized their time. They didn’t skimp on service nor did they rush. They were all very engaging and the pedi area was nice and clean. I would definitely return!

By far the friendliest nail salon I have ever been to! My nail tech and all the others made a conscious effort to keep a conversation going the whole time with myself and their clients, which was great so there were none of those awkward times of silence. And my tech did an awesome job on my nails for New Years and a Wedding. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need my nails done!

Really awesome! They did a great job on my nails. They were nice and they had a great selection of tips. The reason why I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because 1 of my nails is a little crooked, they weren’t as cleanly as I wish they could be, and the lady next to me was getting her nails done and when the lady started shaving down her nails, her nail dust got on me… Other wise it was great!

«Me» gave the the best pedicure imaginable! I was initially annoyed when they did my mani at the same time as my pedi, but they definitely did not skimp on the quality. I’ve never had my legs/​feet massaged just right like she did! Will be back for sure :)

This has been the best pedicure I’ve received in Cedar Rapids. I would recommend anyone stopping by and giving them a try. I feel amazing! Their massage chairs are awesome and do a really great job too!

My first time at «I nails» was great! Kim gave me fantastic pedicure… much better job than the last $ 70 pedicure I had.

I discovered INAILS when I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. I have been going back ever since! I love the way they do my nails and they treat their customers very professionally and are nice to talk to. I will continue to do my business there.

First time here, Sunday afternoon and all of the other nail salons in CR were packed. I was a bit apprehensive with a name like «iNail» but I was very impressed. We were seated immediately. They have the standard massaging chairs for pedicures, the row of desks for manicures.
They have a good selection of nail polishes, and a good selection of services (three different types of pedicures, manicures, etc.).
Once seated we were offered drinks and promptly brought cold bottles of water. We soaked for about ten minutes, not long enough to feel neglected but long enough to enjoy the massage chairs and hot water.
The woman that did my pedicure was a true expert, she really worked out my ingrown toenail, asking every so often if I was doing okay. None of that holding down your foot while you wince and say ow! She was really great. I got the basic package which includes a melon scented sugar scrub and a lotion massage. Both of which felt ah-​may-​zing!
Overall, this place is excellent and they have a great staff of experts.
Also! They cleaned every tub of every pedicure station after each use. Very clean, very polite and well spoken staff. Totally excellent.
