OK, it is not an Apple store but this authorized Apple dealer is the next best thing. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, attentive, and far more helpful then other stores that sort of carry Apple products in their inventory. This is the place to go for help, equipment, advice, and repairs. Try this local shop first before you take the day trip trek to the nearest Apple store which is in Rochester, Minnesota or the only Iowa Apple store in West Des Moines.

MacHQ employee’s are fantastic! I made the mistake of buying a couple of accessories at a big box store. They created serious problems to my iphone. Three employees spent several hours (I’m not kidding) fixing the phone. The phone was under warranty but unfortunately Apple does not reimburse them for all their time. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and patience. I will always go to MacHQ for any future purchases or repairs. By the way, I am a 71 year old woman who know very little about any kind of electronics and never write reviews, but MacHQ deserves an A+.
