The Muay Thai class on Wednesday nights and Saturday morning is the bomb! I am a 41-year old woman who likes to stay active. I decided to try this class because I was getting bored with my workouts and wanted to try something new and different. I had never done a class like this before so I was nervous at first, but the instructor, Tom, made it seem easy. He is really knowledgeable about the sport and teaches the real thing. None of this Tai Bo stuff. The hour is spent learning kickboxing all the while keeping the heart rate up. My favorite thing was punching and kicking the heavy bag. A super stress-reliever! Hopefully others try this class because it is a great class and is reasonably priced($ 30/month). For that, you can go to this class 2x per week and get an amazing 1-hr workout. Wednesdays at 7:30PM and Saturdays at 11AM. Check it out. The more the merrier!
