Nelson Manufacturing Company specializes in the design and manufacturing of all-​season, automatic livestock and horse waterers, water bucket heaters and bird bath heaters. In fact, Nelson Manufacturing Company invented and patented the first bird bath heater.

In 1949, Mr. Carol Nelson invented an automatic livestock waterer with a unique operating system. It did away with traditional, troublesome float or paddle actuated valves. Its unique round shape, rugged construction and trouble-​free operation has become a trademark of excellence in the industry. Although the basic waterer design has seen many refinements since its inception, its outstanding features continue to dominate.

All Nelson equipment is manufactured from the highest quality materials to assure long lasting, trouble-​free operation, whether it’s an automatic waterer, a bucket heater or a bird bath heater.
