The doctors here are good, but everything else is very substandard. They have grown too big, too fast. The focus seems to be on getting more and more patients, rather than taking the time to provide better personalized care to patients that are already there. I am in the middle of a treatment program started here, hence am staying, but once this treatment regimen is done, I am not coming back here for annual physicals or anything else. Be prepared for really long waits for everything: waiting to talk to a human on the phone, waiting at appointments, waiting for calls about lab results, waiting for nurse to return your calls! Wait, wait and more wait everywhere and for everything. Waste of time and they are more expensive (overall charges) for everything than other practices in the area.

This group practice has gotten way too huge. While most of the doctors and nurses are just fine (and some beyond fantastic), that positive experience is overshadowed by having to deal with very rude «front line» employees. If possible, look elsewhere for more personalized care. It’s out there.
